Our farm is now about 200 years old, so it has seen a lot, including the development of Goworowo and the golden period in the village's history after J. K. Ludwig established a large water-powered weaving mill here and every house had a weaving workshop. Then the Napoleonic Wars and the decline of the village, the earthquake, the post-war resettlement, the hard work in the gneiss quarry.

In the 21st century, it was time for our chapter of history. We settled at the foot of the Śnieżnik Massif, with the Goworówka stream in the neighbourhood, on the border of the Międzylesie Highland, in our beloved Kłodzko Valley. About 500 m above sea level, in a post-German manor house, we have created a guest farm. The hosts are us - Grażyna and Jesion, naturalists, lovers of animals and long evenings by the fire. We invite you to the attic where we have prepared 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom, but without TV sets, radios or clocks. The old barn with its beautiful vaulted ceilings is a place to relax with a sauna, a fireplace lounge, a shared kitchen and a billiard room.

We have a forest in front, behind and around us, a beautiful panoramic terrace on Mount Pątnik and the trail to Śnieżnik behind the house. You have to know that Jesionówka is by the road, so once in a while, a car will drive by on the route from Roztok to Międzylesie. However, the thick walls and U-shaped arrangement of the farmhouse shield the garden from the road. A garden with many corners to relax in, a playground, a place for a bonfire with a suspended grill, sunny spots for cats, a swing for readers and space for our sheepdog Max.

We invite hikers, cyclists, seekers of openness and hospitality, enthusiasts of mountain streams and waterfalls, lovers of nature and old walls to Glacensis (the Latin name for the Kłodzko region). We look forward to seeing you.

This over 200-year-old farmhouse, which has changed hands and changed appearance many times over the years, is arranged in a U-shape at the foot of the Śnieżnik Massif, overlooking the forest on all sides. It's located right next to the road, but this doesn't prevent blissful relaxation. Thick walls protect the yard and garden from the occasional noise of passing cars. It's wonderful to step outside in the summer morning and enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, surrounded by greenery and flowers. In the evening, sit by the fire, fry sausages, watch the dancing fire, and sing along to the guitar. And when it rains, light a fire in the fireplace room, located in a former outbuilding, which still retains its unique architecture with beautiful vaults and stone walls.

In the attic of the house, we've created three double rooms, a triple room, and a quadruple room. Each room has its own bathroom, and is accessed through the fireplace room.

You won't find TVs in the rooms, and this is a conscious decision. We gave up watching TV ourselves a dozen or so years ago and noticed that life has become more enjoyable, stresses seem to ease, and there's time for everything. So, try a TV-free vacation.

The rooms do have wireless internet access.

We can accommodate a maximum of 13 people, including two in extra beds, which can be placed in rooms 5 (with a balcony) and 3.

In the barn, we've created a relaxation area. The fireplace room is a charming and cozy place where you can spend a cool evening by the fireplace on a comfortable sofa with a book. Next to it is a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining table.

We offer a fully equipped shared kitchen. You can cook anything you want. We have all the dishes and utensils you need to organize a grand feast. The kitchen is shared by everyone, making it perfect for socializing with other residents.

Next to the kitchen is a fireplace room with tables, armchairs, and plenty of books. Here you can feast, warm up, drink wine—mulled or not—read a book, or meet new, interesting people.

The nearest well-stocked shop is in the village, 1.5 km away. It's open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

For regional delicacies, we'll direct you a few villages further to Różanka—there, the hostess sells smoked and natural rennet cheeses.

When you're in Kłodzko, head to the Market on Objazdowa Street every Saturday. Here you can buy schwarz, soap and jam, as well as great products from local farmers and farmers.

What to do in a place where time slows down? You can do nothing, but then you won't discover the magnificent potential of the Kłodzko Valley. Instead, you can gaze at the Śnieżnik Massif from your bedroom window or from the garden swing. On an August night, you'll spot shooting stars, in the morning, in the garden with coffee, listen to birdsong, marvel at the mists enveloping the surrounding mountains, and in the evening, time for a sauna and a bonfire. A fireplace, wine, and a book also sound inviting.

We live in the mountains, on the edge of a forest. So, you can hike to your heart's content, enjoy singletrack cycling, and admire the views from Śnieżnik. It's not worth eating at the summit shelter, so bring a decent meal for the journey.

Gecensis Singletrack is the largest network of forest bike paths in Europe. The trails run along the eastern face of the Kłodzko Valley, from the very north (Srebrna Góra/Bardo) to the very south (Czarna Góra/Międzygórze), along the way visiting Złoty Stok and Lądek Zdrój, as well as passing Kłodzko within a short distance. The Jodłów and Ostoja loops, the closest trail, are about 4 km away. The good news for beginner singletrackers is that the difficulty level on all the trails is very even, meaning easy.

With the whole family or alone, you can hike to the nearby Trójmorski Wierch in 2.5 hours, take a drink from a mountain spring along the way, and then admire the surroundings from the observation tower at the summit. To get started, we recommend a walk to the mountain above the house, Pątnik. And for views of the entire valley, head to Mały Śnieżnik.

Climbing enthusiasts in Międzygórze will find rock formations and excellent climbing conditions. Peace and quiet, a lack of other climbers, and exceptional nature and views. You'll feel like pioneers climbing the local gneiss crags for the first time. There are fully developed rocks here, like Wilk, Baszta, and Kozie, as well as wild and less frequented ones.

If you're not afraid of icy water, you can try dipping your toes in the stream flowing through the village. Goworówka is full of beautiful stones and clear water. It's especially beautiful as it flows through the Czarny Rów gorge.

The entire Kłodzko Valley is rich in tourist attractions, natural and historical, religious sites, and ski resorts. Just across the border on the Czech side, you'll find, among others, the "Path in the Clouds" and the Dolni Morawa ski resort.

It's time to start observing nature! We'll show the kids what a buddleia looks like, what kind of wings a fairy has, what catnip smells like, and which paths our cats take. You'll discover that a huge German Shepherd is a cuddly companion, that it's never too early for skiing, and that mushrooms grow faster than kids after rain. For the kids, we have a spacious garden where they can run freely, a playground with climbing frames and swings. For inclement weather, we have a library in the living room stocked with interesting children's books, a great alternative to television.

You can take the kids to the Tri-City Wiech, the Wilczka River, and the ski lift to Czarna Góra. For horseback riding adventures, head to a friendly farm in Gajnik, Nowa Wieś, or Potoczek – all just a few minutes' drive from us.
