If you have always dreamed of having an exclusive yacht, you could not have found a better place. If water is your element and seasickness isn't known to you, even better. If you are looking for a 5-star standard with panoramic views of the big blue, a terrace made for sunbathing, a sauna, jump on board. Between the big waters and the land, surrounded by blue, stand mobile homes that sway on a surface that reflects weather phenomena.
Our houses are located in Mielno, on Jamno Lake, 300 metres from the Baltic beach. So you don't have to go for a cruise on the Adriatic to get a taste of real life on the waves. All you have to do is moor in West Pomerania and live in a floating house on the lake. Leave the hustle and bustle of the city on the shore and throw your worries into the sea. Every morning you will be woken up by the gentle sound of waves and the delivery of breakfast to your hands. After that, it only gets better.
Through the glass walls you can admire the panorama of the lake to your heart's content, and the heavenly spectacles taste even better in the whirlpool bath. For those with a thirst for exercise, there are bikes, an exclusive motorboat, kayaks, pedal boats and whatever else your heart desires.
Bring your diving dogs and waterproof cats, your family, your fiancé, a new acquaintance, a good old one, plunge into the crystal depths of silence and jump on board.
PS It's pretty obvious that it is crowded in the high season, and there are tourists on water and land. After all, Mielno is a popular holiday resort with access to fresh and saltwater. So, if you want peace and quiet, a swim in a bathtub overlooking the lake, a session in the sauna after an arctic plunge, walks on empty promenades, evenings by the fireplace and a perfectly cosy atmosphere, come early spring, autumn and winter. Then it is 0° on the Beaufort scale with regard to pedestrian and water traffic.

Marcin - father of 5 wonderful sons, water sports enthusiast. With a combination of passion for water and construction, with the addition of hard work and that "something", I created houses on the water, in treetops and on the beach. We invite both those who want to spend time actively and those who prefer to laze around a bit with a view of the lake.
