Have you ever been by the Biebrza river? This is the true ‘Other Side’, a parallel universe, especially for city folk. There is no exaggeration in the description of the meadow mists, loud crane cries and sudden slowing down. Every word is true. We built a small settlement in the Sojczynek village, close to Carska Droga (Tzar’s Road). Modern design is key in these former shipping containers with huge windows which are open for nature and there’s a Finnish tub with hydromassage right outside. Standing in the open air and right under the stars, we guarantee the relaxation of both body and mind to everyone who is about to enter.

IntoTheLas are two boutique houses (Pine and Łąkowy) made of sea containers that have gained a second life. Each of them is perfect for two adults.
Each house is divided into:
Living area, consisting of: fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee maker, French press, oven, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner), table, chairs and sofa;
Bedroom area with, among others: a large and high bed, large windows on both sides of the bed so that you can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the forest or meadows (depending on the house), an inductive charger for your smartphone, a pad for working on a laptop
The sanitary area with a large shower cabin, a set of towels, bathrobes, cotton pads, condoms, tampons, sanitary pads and a hair dryer.
The external part, consisting of: an independent Finnish hot tub (in a pine forest or with a view of the meadow - depending on the house), two large terraces (each house has deckchairs), a fireplace;
AMENITIES:
- air conditioning (heating and cooling), dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, dryer, books and board games.
We have monitoring, with cameras placed on the outside of the entrance to the houses, from the main entrance and terrace, as well as the Finnish hot tub area. Therefore, the place is not fenced, giving guests additional visual advantages of observing the Biebrza nature. Additionally, there is an unguarded parking lot next to our place (it is not possible to drive directly to the houses).
In each cottage, guests will be welcomed with a basket with specially prepared local snacks (vegetarian option available) and local alcohol!
Additionally, in the village we have an amazing housekeeper who can prepare tasty lunches or dinners with delivery to the house (vegetarian option available). For more information, please contact us.
Guests can prepare other meals themselves in the fully equipped kitchen.
The nearest grocery stores are in:
- Białaszewie (2 km): two small village shops;
- Grajewie (14 km): shops such as Biedronka, Lidl, Intermarche as well as bars and restaurants
*Once a week (on Thursdays) a car comes to the village - a grocery store (cash payment).
#InToTheLAS is a place where it is about "doing nothing",
but for entertainment, each guest has the option to:
- warm the bones in the open air in a Finnish tub (each house has a separate tub),
- go for a walk in the forest in search of the Biebrza moose,
- go canoeing,
- visit post-war monuments of the area,
- lie on the grass,
- bathe in the fog,
- stare at the fire from the fireplace on the terrace.
What’s there for children?
As young parents, paradoxically, we wanted to create an ideal place for couples to relax. Boutique houses, hot tub, evenings by the hearth and long walks in the local forests and Biebrza backwaters are perfect for every tired parent.
What’s there for employees?
Plan a week-long stay for yourself and your other half, during which you won't even get out of bed to work. There is a table in both cottages, but if the beds are so comfortable, why not work from them? In addition, it is from this place that there is a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. After work, we recommend a walk, followed by relaxation in the tub.
We are well aware that planning and preparing meals is a time-consuming matter. However, we come with the perfect solution! A friendly housekeeper can bring breakfasts and lunches and/or dinners straight to the door of the houses for fixed hours. Sounds good? And it tastes good.
