Close your eyes. Imagine that you are entering a place that smells of wood. It is warm and pleasant. You hear crackling wood in the stove and the sound of the wind. You breathe in deeply and feel your whole body and mind relax. Lying in bed, you look up at the huge skylight, through which stars pour into the interior. You can see the mountains through the terrace window. In the buffer zone of the Rudawski Landscape Park, you will find numerous streams, and in summer, following the paths to Mała Ostra and Skalnik, you will gather delicious berries.
We are fans of minimalism and a zero-waste philosophy. We designed the yurt in a simple way. Instead of running around furniture stores, we made the entire interior ourselves. For some added pieces, we went to a nearby flea market. So, you can grind your morning coffee in an old grinder and drink it in an armchair that, after being saved from the garbage dump, got a second life. The yurt is heated with firewood, which you occasionally add to the stove, and then it only gets warmer and warmer, even on the coldest days.
Finally, a small piece of advice. Think about what you are packing and whether you really need it, if it’s necessary for relaxation. You will have to bring all the items you have packed up to the yurt yourself. Don’t say we didn’t warn you – the mountain is quite large.
In the buffer zone of the Rudawy Landscape Park, right next to the trails to Mała Ostra and Skalnik, we have three cozy yurts for you. Each for 2 adults and up to 4 children, or 4 adults and 2 children, or more romantically - for a couple. You will sleep in a comfortable double bed. There is also a mezzanine with a double mattress (children love sleeping there). Additionally, we have a pull-out cot for larger children (2-4 years old) and a travel cot for babies.
The yurt is heated by a wood-burning stove, a supply of which is available on a stand. Each yurt has kindling and instructions on how to use the fireplace to make it safe and comfortable.
The location of the yurts allows you to enjoy privacy - no one looks into anyone else's windows. Each yurt has a terrace where you will find a lounge set - perfect for relaxing after mountain hikes, playing with children, or just chilling every day with a book in your hand.
We wanted you to not have to take every "necessary thing". We have prepared children's accessories and fully equipped our yurts. Upon request, we will be happy to provide a bathtub, a feeding chair or a fireplace cover for the yurts. In the bathroom you will find towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper and soap. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. There are also incense, candles and Palo Santo for even greater relaxation.
Finally, an important thing. You will have to carry all your belongings from the parking lot up to the yurt yourself. Therefore, consider whether everything you take with you is really necessary. Lest we mention it, the mountain is quite large.
The kitchen is equipped with a double induction hob and an electric kettle. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. Pots, cutlery, glasses, colander, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, coffee pot, tea kettle, opener, peeler, sharp knives, cutting board. You don't have to bring tea, coffee, cocoa, spices or olive oil to us. All this is waiting for you. So don't waste time packing. Hop in the car and head to the Hideout.
We will be happy to prepare a basket of local sundries for you. It will include vegetarian products. Let me know if you are interested in a vegan option. We will fill the basket with products from local farmers. You will find there: fresh buckwheat bread, cheese from local cheesemakers, fresh yogurt, farm eggs, fruit and vegetables from the market, hummus paste, honey from local apiaries, jam, and with coffee you can taste delicious cake or strudel with cheese.
The products are perfect for breakfast and dinner. The amount of food should be enough for two people for two days. The cost of the basket is PLN 300.

What’s there for children?
For children, we have a treehouse with a swing and climbing gadgets, as well as plenty of space for running and fooling around. There are a lot of cones and sticks in the forest. Cone war, making slingshots and guns out of sticks is definitely within the reach of children ;).
