Wipsowo 44 is the address of the farm we bought 10 years ago. In the ocean of meadows in Warmia stood a house in a deplorable state. The date 1897 was written on the wall - quite a past behind this ruin. The 130-year-old farmhouse has acquired a new look and continues to be a natural part of the Warmia landscape, and we have gained a new life. Calmer, more modest, more aware, barefoot, sociable and fragrant. Summer, lavender, spring, orchard, autumn, mushrooms, winter, frost. We don't go anywhere in the summer. It is so beautiful, clean and healthy here that every day is an event not worth missing. Old orchards, vast meadows up to three walls of mixed woods beautify each day with a million different colours every day. The swaying long, multi-coloured grasses are an attraction in themselves.

You may never leave us. Spa in Kurnik, Ruska Bania, breakfasts in the orchard, yoga on the terrace and Lavender Field provide enough impressions. The lack of cellular signal definitely helps to immerse yourself in the new reality.
And our adorable animals. They adore our guests. We have the impression that they are full-time petting animals, cuddling and adoring all comers. We also have ducks and happy hens living with us on the farm, which are fed with sesame seeds during the season. This is why we have adopted the term "sesame eggs". They end up in scrambled eggs, in cakes, soft and hard.

You can admire the heavenly spectacle, relax during a massage at the Kurnik, and you can get to know the cordial surroundings. Saturday's Eco Market in Jeziorany is a must-see. The various organic products of local farmers are known throughout the country. In fact, the lakes surround us on all sides. As far as the eye can see from our farmhouse, you can see the water from the upstairs windows, and you can reach it on foot. You can explore the surroundings by bike or in a canoe from a lake or riverbank. We will set a boat for you on the water, rest your head.

We value peace, quiet and your company. The places where you will be hosted are separate rooms and flats, the Lavender House - a cottage by a lavender field or the Milla House - a cottage in an old orchard with a million subtle colours. It is beautiful in spring, summer, autumn and winter. So you are welcome at any time of the year.

Learn & Rest is a very old, secluded settlement in Warmia.

The main, very old house was built in 1897, and the other buildings have been constructed over the years, up to the present day.

The guest building is a new "old" barn in the "COMFORT" version. We offer two comfortable double apartments with terrace access, comfortable beds, bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Upstairs, there are rooms for three and four people with single beds and bathrooms. Guests of the large house have access to a large table, coffee sets, a lounge area, and a huge terrace connected to the meadow and forest in the common area downstairs. Cranes are still calling in the meadow. Even now.

The most beautiful time of the Lavender House is when the peonies are blooming. Once they fade, the lavender season begins – the most fragrant time of the year. From the window and veranda, you can see a glimpse of our lavender plantation; it's just around the corner. You can even bring your dog here.

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, ready for everyday use, and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeping arrangements: 2 downstairs + 2 on the mezzanine. The bedroom for two is located on the mezzanine, accessed via a steep wooden staircase – ideal for those in good physical condition and fitness. For those who prefer to sleep downstairs, there's a double sofa bed. The kitchen includes basic amenities; if you need anything, just let us know – we'll try to supply it. Wi-Fi is available near our house, in the fitness room and the large Learn Rest house, meaning it's everywhere.

You can choose the MILLA HOUSE cottage, fresh as the first strawberries. Dogs are also welcome here. This cottage is full of refined colors and materials. You'll feel it from the moment you enter.

Comfortably furnished, it includes a large bathtub with a window that opens to the world and nature. There's a fully equipped kitchen, an upstairs bedroom with a terrace, and a downstairs pull-out sofa, a wood stove, and, of course, access to the terrace with a view of nature.

This year (2023), we're opening the SENSEI ROOM, a unique two-person apartment.

It's located on the first floor of our barn. A long bridge leads from the apartment to a unique room for relaxation, meditation, or simply being together. This space is just for you; no one else has access. You'll feel like a couple in a wonderland. The relaxation room, which you enter through the Sensei Room, is unheated, so you'll find comfort in summer and early autumn. The Sensei Room itself is warm year-round. Dogs are welcome.

THE HERMIT'S HOUSE is a place for those who want to be alone. Situated next to a lavender field overlooking meadows and forests, the cottage is simply furnished. A bed, a lamp for reading at night, and a chair are provided. A lounger on the mini terrace. This is a place for those seeking peace and quiet. The cottage is only available during summer and late spring. There is no bathroom. Residents of the Hermit's Cottage use the bathroom in the large house or the Spa in the Kurnik. Dogs are also welcome here.

Important: We welcome guests without pets in the large house. For guests with pets, we offer the Milla House, Lawendowy Domek, and the Hermit's Cottage.

You probably can't get more bored than here. It's a kind of shock therapy for a busy body. You'll be tested. At first, it'll be hard because the body has to survive the detox, but later, when you come to terms with the idea that you're staying here for a few days and the internet is only available in some places, you'll appreciate the peace, quiet and the smell of blooming lavender.

A great way to build muscle mass and sunbathe without basking in the sun like lizards is to train in our fitness room in the barn. It just so happens that we have dumbbells, barbells, yoga mats, meditation cushions and many other accessories that motivate physical activity and relaxation. You can also go to the nearby lake on foot or by bike (we have six). You relax, and we're waiting for your reports. We'll be happy to share any with us@.

You can laze around on the terrace or in hammocks in the birch grove all day long. The area is beautiful, so it's worth going on a bike trip. You can ride your bike to Jeziorany for an Eco Market or a good pizza. And in the evening, you can do a workout in the gym in the barn or sit by the fire by the summer kitchen in the birch grove or on the terrace overlooking the meadows and forest. You can also take advantage of a stay in our SPA in Kurnik and in the Russian Banya and Finnish Sauna.

It's a good idea to plan your stay with us in the summer at the turn of July and August, to be able to see how purple we turn with delight. That's when our lavender fields bloom, which smell really relaxing. You will have the opportunity to participate in the flower harvest, make your own bouquets and take them home and enjoy this scent all winter long.

The biggest attraction for children are our friendly animals. Benio the dog and cats are a wonderful group of friends and coordinators of games. Currently, we also have rabbits, ducks, chickens, one guinea fowl and geese. Other attractions are everything that nature has to offer. Forest, meadows, space and delicious pancakes. You can explore the area on foot, you can take bikes for children, because we have vehicles for parents on site. Lakes, hills, ponds, fog, clouds, deer, flowers, butterflies, a dog, chickens, lavender. For children, we also have a small colorful playhouse, a mini sandbox and a basket with toys. Parents can lie on deckchairs right next to their children at this time. Rolling down the hill by the house, collecting bouquets of wild flowers, staging wonderfully professional children's plays and dance performances on the terrace stage. It's really great! And swings. They are in every corner.

Good wifi in a large house, non-stop service with good coffee. Lots of fresh water with mint and lemon, hope for dinner... An electrical socket under the table, a projector, a magnetic wall or flipchart, a printer can be useful. They are here on site.
