Kazimierz is quite a character. Already in the 12th century, when there was a settlement called Wietrzna Góra, it charmed the Norbertine nuns. It was they who renamed the village after their benefactor, Casimir the Just. Later, another ruler, this time nicknamed the Great, let himself be seduced by its charms. He founded the castle and the parish of Kazimierz. Bakers who have been in love with the city for over 100 years have been baking yeast cakes for Kazimierz, artists have been depicting the surrounding landscape on their canvases, filmmakers have chosen Kazimierz as the location for their festivals, and Varsovians have been leaving the bustling capital to be closer to the Vistula Kazik.
It lured us in, too. It is enchanted by ravines, the wild nature of Krowia Wyspa, the idyllic sight of galloping horses from a nearby stable, and the whispering of history. In order to be closer to Kazimierz but farther from the centre of events, we chose Wylągi, once a village and now an integral part of the city, as our place on earth. The four-kilometre distance from pubs, ice-cream parlours and souvenir shops makes it seem small. But here, at number 48, a completely different life takes place. In the shade of the hundred-year-old lime trees surrounding the plot, with a view of the green hills. You can lie in a hammock and eat fruit from the orchard, you can hide away in a suite by the fireplace, you can sit in the common living room and read from cover to cover. You can do yoga, you can walk, you can cycle, you can use walking sticks, you can ride horses, or you don't have to do anything.
The only thing you should do is to turn up for breakfast, which we prepare with all our heart. On the table, you will find fresh trout from local breeding, regional Wolski rennet cheeses, homemade preserves and compotes. If you have room and appetite, your meal will be topped off with hand-made desserts.

Further, in our orchard, there are two wooden houses. Kazimierz Dolny and Kazimierz Górny are connected by a hallway, from which one can enter both and they can be two independent of each other, or become a large house for about 15 people. Each house has a fireplace with a water jacket, 7-8 single beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower.

We take care of your relaxation and your palate, focusing on slow-style cuisine. We use local and seasonal products. We cooperate with with a producer of regional Wolski rennet cheeses and a local trout breeder from Opole Lubelskie. We close everything that is good from our backyard orchard and garden in jam jars. In the summer, we add juicy apples, rhubarb and blueberries to home baking, and every year our 100-year-old linden give us a lot of flowers, which we dry and prepare infusions for your fun.
Every day we can offer you two meals: breakfast and dinner. We serve breakfasts in the form of rich Swedish tables. On the table you can find, among others millet with dried fruits or fresh seasonal fruit, eggs with spinach, regional cheeses and smoked meats. For sweets, honey from nearby apiaries, our preserves and our own baked bread. For dinner, soup and a main course, topped with dessert. We serve our meals with our fruit compotes and various preserves: plums in vinegar, crispy silage or cranberries.
We serve breakfast from 9:00 until the last guest, and dinner at 5:00 p.m.
We prepare meals according to the individual needs of our guests, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. We adjust diets to possible food allergies.
When you have a view of the hundred-year-old linden trees and the surrounding hills, you can be bored like a pug or two. You can take the Sienkiewicz trilogy with you and read in the shade of rustling branches, you can enjoy a Polish crime story or grab a guide about unhurried life and put the words into action right away. In the public, relaxing lounge (in the main building) we have composed a rich library. There are also board games and WiFi access should you need access to the outside world.
In spring, summer and autumn evenings, we invite you to the roofed shelter with a brick barbecue and a smokehouse. We also have a fireplace.
As for the Lublin region, and even the Nałęczów Plateau, it is a bit uphill, a bit down, a bit along a ravine and along the Vistula. There are plenty of walking and cycling paths. We most recommend those designated in the Kazimierz Landscape Park, through which six hiking trails run: the blue Annopol - Dęblin Vistula Trail, the red Kazimierz Dolny - Lublin trail, the green Wincentego Pola Janowiec - Puławy, black Puławy - Parchatka Partisan Trail, blue Rąblów - Markuszów trail, blue Janowiec - Czarnolas - Garbatka trail.
In the vicinity of our Ecopark, you can walk, ride a bike or improve Nordic walking. We provide Nordic walking equipment on site, we also have several bikes for you. Just behind the hill, there is a friendly stable, which is part of the Wyląga manor and park complex. There you can arrange individual lessons in the paddock, or more adventurous rides for advanced skiers along the beautiful surrounding paths and gorges.
If you would not have the heartbeat of the city, the center of Kazimierz Dolny is only 4 km from us.
Ornithologists, fans of fauna and those who are close to nature, we recommend going with binoculars to the Krowia Wyspa nature reserve. It is a beautiful island on the Vistula, which is a home and breeding place for exceptional birds. Battalion, black-tailed godwit, curlew, oystercatcher, sandstone, lapwing, yellow wagtail, teal, teal, common and red-tailed sandpiper, white-tailed gray-tailed eagle, shoveler, four species of gulls, common tern and white-fronted tern. It got its name from the fact that it has been used as a pasture for many years.
In winter, we recommend skiing. There is a slope in Kazimierz Dolny 9 km from Lipowa Dolina, and a ski slope in Rąblów driving the same distance in the opposite direction. When the weather is favorable and the snow covers the area, with the help of friends, we organize sleigh rides in the ravines.
For organized groups:
- A familiar Sound Massage therapist performs group gong concerts and individual massages with Tibetan bowls on request.
- To enrich your stay, we suggest organizing wine workshops or tasting regional wines, such as Małe Dobre, Mickiewicz, Winnica Wieczorków.
- A young couple of masseurs comes to our Ekopark and offers massages on site in Lipowa Dolina in the guest rooms for those interested.
What’s there for children?
All troublemakers, the shy ones, the ones playing alone and the ones usually bored, are invited on board. For the little ones, we have a large, fenced plot with a playground where you can swing into the sky, bake sand cakes and get dirty at will. There are hammocks for rocking and counting clouds and the best attraction in the world - a tree house. For bad weather, cold evenings and a great time together in our living room, we have prepared family board games.
In addition to the nearby gorges and Kazimierz tourist spots, we recommend the rope park on the Vistula River to children, and when crossing the Queen of Polish rivers by ferry, visit the Magic Gardens in Janowiec. If Kazimierz Dolny is too crowded, we recommend taking the opposite direction. The Labyrinth Park and the Miniature Park in Rąblów are located 9 km from the Lipowa Valley.
