Magic happens in a quiet part of Szczyrk, in the Dunacie Valley with a view of Skrzyczne. According to Andrzej Komoniecki, the mayor of Żywiec, the history book of Żywiec from the 18th century indicates that the name of the mountain comes from the screeching frogs inhabiting the pond that once existed in the post-glacial cauldron between Skrzyczne and Mały Skrzycze.
An atmospheric house with an unusual interior stands in the vicinity of old villas overlooking the panorama, silence pierces through the soaring roof. Decorated in the style of a boutique mountain loft, it delights seekers of the highest comfort. There are 3 cosy bedrooms, adjoining bathrooms with a bathtub or shower, a catalogue-like living room with good design, a beautiful kitchen and a dining room. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level. You sleep blissfully, observe the deer walking around the area from above and check the conditions on the nearby ski slope with your own eyes.

A soaring house on a mountain slope, overlooking Skrzyczne and the peaks of the Beskid Mountains. In a quiet neighborhood of mountain houses, a forest and a stream. A place in the style of a boutique, Alpine hotel with a unique atmosphere. This is a house where everyone will feel comfortable.
There are 3 bedrooms on two floors. Total for max. 12 people. Each with a view of the mountains and the Skrzyczne peak, a balcony, a bathroom, a comfortable hotel bed 160 x 200, a fold-out sofa, SAT TV, a spacious wardrobe and mosquito nets in the windows.
In the cozy living room with a tiled stove, SAT TV, a large fold-out sofa (for 2-3 people), a comfortable chaise longue and numerous armchairs (including a rocking one), everyone will find their favorite corner during long evenings spent playing various games (for children, for the entire family). families or only for adults) or by reading books you can find at home.
The dining room with a large table encourages feasting. A kitchen with a breakfast table to celebrate lazy mornings.
There is an additional toilet with a bidet in the living room.
Professionally equipped and heated ski room with entrance from the inside and outside of the house.

We are equipped with a travel cot, a high chair and a sled for children.
You can eat homemade or not cook at all. Choosing a restaurant in Szczyrk and the surrounding area will not let you get hungry, and we will give you some nice spots.
We give you all the tools for kitchen virtuosity. The kitchen is equipped with literally everything you need to make LOFT 85 feel like you are at home.
In Szczyrk you can do anything. Running, skiing, riding bikes in the mountains, paragliding, walking, climbing, swimming, eating, sleeping, sightseeing, getting to know culture. All this outside the window, because you relax at home. On the large corner terrace, sipping hot chocolate, wine or just coffee, you can bask in the sun literally all day long, swinging on a hammock or in a cocoon. The house is located on the south-west side, so the sun will be available from the morning until it hides behind the mountain peaks.
Lying by the fireplace with a book, an evening with board games, sumptuous breakfasts and celebrating simple moments. Also in the garden. Behind the house, we created a space for evening feasts around a brick barbecue or bonfire. There are also comfortable deckchairs available here, where you can fall asleep in the morning, lazily rising sun.
For skiers, we have a heated ski room (with entrance from both inside and outside) equipped with professional hangers and handles.
Active people can go crazy. From spring to autumn, professionally prepared mountain bike trails, hiking trails, and in winter, ski and cross-country trails await you here. For those who like walks in the forest, the entrance to the thicket is directly behind the house. It is worth taking a basket with you, because the Szczyrk forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers, not only after rain.
On rainy days, it's worth going to the swimming pool. The COS Szczyrk swimming pool is friendly to both professionals and children.

What’s there for children?
Children in the mountains gain new strength and do not have time for a nap. Sledding, mountain and lake trips, searching for pine cones. There is a sledding hill near the house, and sleds and "podpupniki" can be found in the house. We have a brand new playground for children a maximum of one kilometer from the house, and after playing, a good restaurant for food and drinks is another 200 meters away.
We go for ponies and horses to the "Elixir" stable, and when it's hot we choose Żywieckie Lake, just 12 km from Szczyrk.
On foot, we recommend a trip to the Klimczok peak. The route is adapted for young children, and the views there are unforgettable. For views and adventure, you can also take a cable car to the very top of Skrzyczne.
For smaller and slightly older children, we have interesting board games (tested on our own children), books (which our children read with enthusiasm) and cartoons on TV.
What’s there for employees?
The house is rented as a whole, so you control the level of peace and quiet needed for work yourself. In the living room, you will find comfortable armchairs where you can not only write e-mails, but also warm your feet by the fireplace. Two in one. The sofa and chaise longue next to it will be perfect for wrapping yourself in a blanket and tackling all the topics that have been procrastinating for some time.
The dining room table can also be used for work, where you can organize a meeting for 8-12 people. In the spring and summer, we invite you outside, where with a view of the mountains, work will become pure pleasure.
