We regularly organize culinary workshops and the kitchen is ruled by restaurant chefs, food bloggers and taste authorities. Dominika Wójciak, Ewa Pe, Małgorzata Minta and Jakub Kuroń come to visit us - we really like to eat well!
For individual guests, we provide the entire kitchen, where you can have absolute control.
We will also give you directions for gifts from the countryside (baked bread, goat and cow cheese, and farm eggs), which can be purchased from our neighbors. We have wonderful cheese makers nearby: we get goat cheese with fenugreek, black cumin and delicious smoked cheese from Julita, Thorsten supplies us with long-ripened cheeses from Jersey cows, and Iza has cottage cheese and rennet cheese. We literally have eggs from behind the fence, but not from just anyone, because from the village head.
