From the dream of space, a dream space was created. We invited amazing views inside, and they made themselves at home. As a result, we usually do not want to go out, because why would you if the most beautiful panorama can be observed from a comfortable couch in the living room, placed directly against the wall. In a sense, a glass wall of six meters with an unforgettable postcard of the Tatra Mountains, uninterrupted by civilization, lights or buildings.

After two years of searching, we found ourselves here, in a village at the end of the world (and on the top of the world!). To Dursztyn, a village lost in space, somewhere between the Beskid, Pieniny and Tatra landscapes. A bit lost in time as well. On the scenic Wichrówka, a unique barn was created from the combination of our passion for space, unusual places and the talent of architects Gaja Bieniasz and Javier Presencio. Simple and comfortable house, convenient and ergonomic.

Both the location of the house and Dursztyn is not obvious and comfortable at the same time. The immediate surroundings invite you to stroll through shepherd's glades, rustling forests, with the sound of streams and toothy Tatras, sharp Pieniny and gentle Gorce in sight. There are wonderful bicycle routes around the Tatra Mountains, Velo Dunajec, a path around Lake Czorsztyńskie, and you can go jogging, walking, and sledging in winter. Remember about cash - you won't pay with your card in the village shop.

You can also just hide in the cottage. In a bedroom with a glass wall or on a sofa in the living room, with a glass wall. We have fast internet, we have a TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers, but don't worry. We also have silence, wind and clouds passing slowly outside the window, good coffee and nice cups. And you can sit comfortably on the couch, under the blanket.

Okno Na Tatry (Window to the Tatry) is not only about rest. It is also perfect as a place for creative work - fast internet, comfortable kitchen, food to order, peace, quiet and positive space around.

2 houses, 2 rooms each

You need space to have a good rest. Most often, we rent to two people, we accept a maximum of four (this applies to both houses). The whole house is always exclusive. The cottage is small but spacious and comfortable.

Sleeping:
panoramic bedroom with double bed. If the awesome views after waking up are not your cup of tea, you close the curtain and continue to sleep
a mezzanine with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The mezzanine is accessed via a steep stair-ladder

Salon:
with a couch in front of a panoramic window
with a table for long talks and remote work

Bathroom:
with heated floor, shower and half-wall mirror
towels are in place, but take the dryer with you - we don't like to dry our guests' heads


For working people:
The zoom runs smoothly (Internet speed 35-60 Mb), we have a table, chairs and sunbeds. Coffee capsules; you can order food with delivery. Very good coverage of GSM, LTE. And after work, you can go for a walk or a trip. A great place to think creatively.

You can feed yourself:
- a kitchen friendly to cooks (induction, oven, dishwasher, pots, spices) and lovers of coffee and tea drunk as you like (mugs, mugs, glasses, coffee machines, jugs, cups. Green tea, ground coffee. In capsules, instant and fresh mint outside the window)
- we have spices, salt and sugar, but take perishable products (butter, milk) with you. You can buy oscypek and honey from the locals. You can replenish the lack of provisions in the shop in the village. Open until 20:30/21:00. Lacto-free milk is not always available, but there are... nails.

UberEats and Pyszne.pl have not discovered Dursztyn yet :-)

There are restaurants to choose from within a 15-30 minute drive. Before your arrival, we will tell you where to eat.

Lovers of views and laziness do not have to move anywhere. The view from the sofa plus coffee / tea is a proven and always good plan. And if you do something, the choice is wide:

We know children's possibilities from experience
(and the house has, among others, a steep stair-ladder, large windows), outside the house there is a large rockery with hard boulders, so we accept parents with children over 8 years of age.

With us, silence is the best companion, which is why we are a godsend for all intensively working people. You don't have to worry about loud neighbors because we don't have any. The daily obligation to cook is also eliminated, because you can order meals for delivery, and thanks to our views, creative work will be more effective than ever.
We do not have a special workstation, but we offer you a table in the living room, a sofa with a view or a bed (also with a view). We have comfortable pads/tables for a laptop and a mouse for work. Tested on myself and guests, they were satisfied.
