Pałac Nakomiady

Add the name of your place

Location Poland, Masuria Region, Nakomiady

This is where the next part of Mr. Samochodzik's adventures should begin. A glance at the Nakomiady Palace would be enough to say with complete certainty that somewhere below us there is the Amber Room, all the carriages of the golden train and Rafael's "Portrait of a Young Man". The palace exudes a mystery, and we did our best not to take this aura from it. Nakomiady is not a hotel, we are not hoteliers. It is a home of creative work where you read books in the library, write rowdy novels, spend hours and days in the garden and create beautiful things in the workshop. We tell about the Black Lady, the Teutonic Knights from the well and we create a continuation of the legend ...

We were looking for something smaller than a cottage. More like huts to renovate, which are everywhere in Masuria. But we have a tendency to go bigger and finally after 3 months of searching, we became the owners of the palace as well as 6 hectares adjacent to it with a garden, park, 200 hectares of ecological fields and pastures. We also found 800 bottles of Soviet champagne in it. It was love at first sight, which has lasted to this day in an advanced, slightly more mature way, but still blind because we have done so much for this place and we will do much more. At Nakomiad, we recreated the manufacture of artistic ceramics, which existed here in the baroque time, we learned the craft and set up handmade fireplaces in each room. The palace rewards us every day, it is our home and the teacher of new, creative, beautiful things that we would not even think of a few years ago.

We offer our guests 9 rooms. Each of them has a slightly different character, they are all characterized by an extraordinary soul and comfort for which they would give everything in the Baroque: marble, heated floors and eastern carpets. The style of the interior is not typical of a palace - we created them in our own way, anew. 1. Green Suite - two rooms. In the first one, on a large Empire bed, one can read the entire prose of Elżbieta Cherezińska at once. In the second, corner one, there are two separate rooms and a beautiful view of the park. 2. English Room - there is a Swedish stove, painted with roses from our manufacture, and the space is decorated with typical English knick-knacks. 3. The Raven's Room - associated with the amazing story of a bird that got tamed in Nakomiady. To be told by the fireplace ... 4. Princess Room - the smallest, but extremely charming, with a spacious bathroom with a quilted bathtub necessary for princesses. 5. Pastel Room - a cozy place for lovers of light. The only one with a window in the bathroom facing west, which is beautiful when the day ends.

There is no typical restaurant in Pałac Nakomiady. Instead, there is the Grand Palace Kitchen, where our guests meet for breakfast at a shared table. So it is more like at home than at a hotel, which is why we care about fresh products and healthy vegetables from the garden. However, since our home is a palace - you can count on chocolate sins ... If our guests do not want to explore nearby restaurants (although we know some good addresses), just order half board.

Masuria is one of the last places in the world where you can get bored. However, if our guests would like to spend time in the palace, we can have several suggestions for them: - Pałacowa Manufaktura, where we create tiled stoves, fireplaces, unique tiles and fireplace portals, is one of the most interesting in Poland. We invite you to watch and sometimes try what we have been learning for several years. - Our garden is a copy of the one located on the Loire in the Chateau de Villandry. Its essence is a regular vegetable garden. There is a labyrinth of 4,000,000 hornbeams nearby. There are also 600 lavender bushes and about 5,000 box trees planted in the garden. - The park deserves a separate story and spending more time in it than the morning run. There used to be vineyards here and some trees are 300 years old. One of them is named after the last owner of the palace: Eberhard. - The chapel is one of the most mysterious places in the park. A place to meditate and study the exposed paintings carefully.

Całości dopełniają piękne i ułożone psy. Miejsce bardzo polecam.

Piękne klimatyczne miejsce, park ze starodrzewem, sad, warzywniak, pokoje każdy o niepowtarzalnym stylu, piękny salon i biblioteka. Atmosfera jak w domu goszczącym mile widzianych gości, którą niewątpliwie stwarza właściciel, uczestnicząc aktywnie w posiłkach i zawsze chętnie służący radą i informacją.
