You can build a palace, as Ignacy Zakrzewski of the Wyssogota coat of arms, an ardent patriot, freemason and two-time president of Warsaw, did in 1791. You can lose all your fortune at cards like Count Leon Czarnecki, coat of arms of Prus III. You can arrange a school and a Protestant chapel in it, as did the Colonization Commission. And it can be rebuilt and nurtured, which we do with great pleasure.
Few of us can boast a coat of arms in our name, blue blood flowing in our veins or a family tree with a magnate title. We spent our holidays at our grandmother's house in the countryside, in a playground near a block of flats or at camp in a tent, not in a castle on the Loire. We are not sorry about this, but it does not mean that we are not curious about what it is like. It's best to find out for yourself. An 18th-century residence awaits you in Pakosław, which from the outside impresses with its classicist shape, and inside it surprises with modern interiors.
Make yourself comfortable in 24 bedrooms where dreams are colourful and always good. Each room is different and whispers a different story in your ear. About a walk in the clouds, about a sunny flower field, about a day with rainy weather, about wild trips to the forest and the best memories. In addition to delicious sleep, we serve delicious flavours. Our team of chefs makes sure that nobody leaves the restaurant hungry. In the evening, we move to the basement. Not just any, because it is like a club. Here you can listen to good music, eat a slow food burger and play board games.
During the day, you can go on a bike trip, read a book in our library, go for a walk with walking sticks or try a beer from a local brewery. We also regularly organize unique meetings of the Academy of Feminine Development. This is my original project aimed at developing the interests of the inhabitants of the region and building a strong female local community.

We are sure that our interiors will change your idea of what a hotel room can look like. You can sleep in the clouds, in the rape field, between words, among pillows, in the wild, among dandelions or with a view of greenery.
Each room is air-conditioned, equipped with comfortable beds with high-class mattresses and reading lighting, as well as a safe, refrigerator, professional hairdryer and a work corner. There is also a bathroom in each room.
The price includes a nutritious, healthy breakfast and TV, parking fee, wake-up service and Wi-Fi.
You will eat delicious, seasonal dishes prepared with heart in our Pakoslove Kitchen, and you will spend dinner with a drink and good music in the Piwnica pub.
Come and visit us for a workation! The average speed of our internet is: download in Mb / s 10.25, upload in Mb / s 12.65. You can freely conduct a video conversation with us on the webcam, receive e-mails and send larger attachments. We have the best working conditions in the Forget-me-not, Wrestling, Bird Radio, Miętus and Harmonia room (a room with two rooms - a bedroom and a work room, 2 bathrooms, a coffee machine, a table and 4 chairs). Throughout the day you can use the restaurant (it can be a bit noisy here, because guests are hanging around it) and the garden with a chillout zone. You can also use the screen, projector, flipchart and access to the copy center.
We believe that it is really close from the palate to heaven. There is a reason why we attach so much importance to food. Pakoslove kitchen is the bustling heart of the Palace. This is where we serve meals prepared by our indispensable team, using fresh and local ingredients. Our chefs also eagerly reach for the rich palace pantry and garden.
The menu is a new story every season, written by the Chef, whose imagination reaches heights. The dishes refer to our regional tradition, although there are also modern, fashionable chapters. In winter, it warms up with chicken with sweet potato fries, cheese sauce, sea buckthorn and cauliflower, onion soup with croutons with gruyère cheese, sturgeon with sous-vide yolk, Jerusalem artichoke and Brussels sprouts. In the summer we serve sunny tomato cream with mozzarella, baked dumplings with shiitake mushrooms, roasted duck breast in cherry-rhubarb sauce, with parsley purée. In autumn, we appreciate the gifts of fate and the table is filled with pumpkin dumplings with yolk, truffle and marinated pumpkin.
We pride ourselves on the fact that no one leaves our doors hungry: vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and fruitarians, everyone will find something for themselves.
In the afternoon and evening we invite you to the Piwnica Pakoslove pub. Here you will eat club classics such as pizza or burgers, drink the local Nepomucen beer and have a good time. We serve palace breakfasts here all year round. A generous buffet allows for unlimited flavor compositions, from sweet to salty.
Rain or shine, you can't get bored here. We've tested it ourselves and have a few suggestions for you.
If you like reading, you'll definitely be interested in the palace library full of interesting books on every topic. We invite lovers of short trips for brisk Nordic Walking. You don't have to worry about your equipment. We have poles at your disposal.
In the evening, we move to Piwnica Pakoslove. This is our pub, where the palace nightlife flourishes. Here you can eat a burger, drink the local Nepomucen beer or a drink, play board games and even dance. The pub is connected to the garden, where you can relax on deckchairs overlooking the park and pond.
The area is delightful and worth getting to know. We recommend visiting the local Nepomucen brewery. It was founded by a father and two sons who share a passion for home brewing. The brewery is located in a picturesque building of a former bakery. After sightseeing and talking to the owners, a tasting of drinks is planned.
And what about a kayaking trip down the Barycz Valley? Due to the dams and weirs built on it, the Barycz is one of the slowest-flowing rivers in Poland, making it ideal even for beginner kayakers. Experiencing a water adventure together will be an ideal way for family fun and developing teamwork skills: after all, a kayaking trip teaches you to go in the same direction together.
We can also boast about our wonderful neighbors. Get to know the Smakulscy Apiary. From May to September, you can take part in honey harvesting and surrender to the beneficial power of bees. During a trip to the apiary, you will pull frames out of the hive, uncapping and centrifuging, and above all: you will taste wonderfully sweet, golden and fresh honey.

What’s there for children?
Life in the palace is unhurried, quiet and carefree. This was also the case in the 19th century, when the nobility lived in Pakosław. The adult one and the smaller one. Sumptuous parties and summit meetings were held in the sumptuous interiors. So boredom is terrible. The children had to find a way to deplete the stillness. They were playing with their bitterns, flying kites, playing chess pieces, skating, playing hide and seek. They rolled the hoops, rode a wooden horse, and strung berries on the blades of grass.
None of the above games have expired, so it's time to introduce the kids to the palace customs. In the fenced part of the park you can run as much as you want, use playhouses full of creative toys, swing on swings, hammocks or play table tennis, babington or big garden chess.
The restaurant menu includes a special menu for kids - full of delicious dishes that will convince even the biggest fussy eaters.
