At a glance
Pałac Zdunowo has an almost 100-year-old history, which we discovered on stones, bricks and entrance doors. Cecylia and Stanisław Jaworowski, of the Lubicz coat of arms, lived here. They were the founders of the palace, proud of the neo-baroque, sophisticated architecture. When building the palace, there are only known names, each associated with former Warsaw and Vienna. Immediately afterwards, everything changed and the palace became the first part of the state-owned farm, then the seat of a gardening school, an orphanage, then it fell into disrepair, and we decided to give it a new life.

It started with a passion: Polish manors and palaces. Then came the bold thought that perhaps we could own a palace ourselves. We saw quite a few, all in ruins, some even with trees growing through the roof, but when we found an ad in the newspaper about a 100-year-old palace in Zdunowo for sale, everything changed. We put down our half-finished coffee and bought the palace.
After years of renovations and an important award from the minister, it now houses a restaurant and hotel, surrounded by a vast park, about 45 km from Warsaw and 12 km from Modlin Airport. Here you'll find good food, peace, and nature. And often, we...
