We will not tell you much about Gierzwałd, except that it is not Gietrzwałd. So if you are after Marian apparitions, go there. But if you want to go to Grunwald, then come to us. We are right next door. In this story, we will not serve icing. We will describe it as it is, without sugar and white flour.
So there is the village and the house created by Mum, the poet and writer Mariola Platte. She wrote lyrics, poems, books, and if you remember the song "Jedyne co mam to złudzenia" by Czerwony Tulipan - she was its author. She painted on silk, published the community magazine 'Dość', and attracted good people with her energy. When she passed away, we decided to try what it was like to be an agritourism farmer. There was supposed to be a practice run, but we had a bit of a delay, and we are now in Plattówka for the sixth year. So there is the hosts' house and their agritourism, and right next door, a small house that used to be a chicken coop. Remember, this is a village, you have to make something out of nothing, and we invite our guests to our world, which is just the way it is. When my Mum was building her place on earth here, I was living with Arnau in another beautiful place - Spanish Catalonia. After her passing, we came to the Dylewskie Hills and decided to try to continue what Mom had started. That attempt turned into a wonderful 6 years. Plattówka is an agritourism farm near Grunwald and a cosy cottage that used to be a chicken coop. We welcome you.
