This house has hosted many special guests such as my good friends who are climbers, journalists and travellers. This is where they come to take a break from their daily responsibilities, plan their next trips and share their memories. I also always come back to Podlesice during my break from other distant destinations. Always with an inseparable companion, my Bernese dog Bimber.

Although a passion for the mountains and wild nature led me to the farthest and highest parts of the globe from the Karakorum, Nanga Parbat, McKinley, through Spitsbergen to the Tierra del Fuego, it was not always the case. When I was building a house in Podlesice, I couldn't afford to go on trips far away. During that time, I organized micro trips and I found relief just around the corner, which was the best form of travel. I spent time on my construction site, with people who were important to me and I got to know and explore myself, talk about what’s important in life and just enjoy bonfires in the clearing. After all, these kinds of experiences are what truly matter. The journey begins in the mind.

I created this house for people who value their free time. In order to relax, you need to have a calm mind and beautiful surroundings, and this place has rare magic which gives you space to rest. You think differently here, you breathe different air, everything becomes clearer, the challenges seem small. There is time for long walks, mushroom picking, cycling trips, climbing or just for sweet laziness on the terrace overlooking the Jurassic rocks.

Bring along a harmonious group and make yourselves comfortable in a house where the climate of the Himalayan peaks, distant Nepal and snowy Dolomites mix with the local colours of the Krakow-Częstochowa Upland.

At home that attracts amazing people. Positive, active, loving nature and animals. You will meet them here. In Podlesice you can climb, do not tighten, ride a bike, hike, sleep on a bed on the balcony, eat well or just laze around. I invite you not only to relax, but also to professionally prepared sports relaxation under the supervision of instructors. This house is a symbol of the strength of friendship and my determination. I designed it from scratch and that's how I imagined it. This is how the alpine guesthouse was created, surrounded by mountains with a view of the stars and bliss. Every detail is related to long journeys and high mountain expeditions.

You can rent the whole house for 16 people, make yourself comfortable in 5 bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom and access to a mini bar with various flavors of coffee and tea. There is a TV set and there is wifi in the air. There is a possibility of additional equipment with a cot for small children.

SECOND ROOM ON THE ATTIC This room is available to our guests only recently. Until now, it was a place of "shelter" for the owners of the facility, but the time has come to hand over the whole house to our guests. It is extremely atmospheric, which is why we had such a good time with it. We hope that he will treat you with his hospitality as well. The room has: - a large double bed, - a bathroom in the room, - a large wardrobe, two chests of drawers - a desk and a stylish lamp - comfortable seats - WIFI

The whole house with all the equipment is at your disposal. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the accessories needed to prepare meals for a dozen people. You can eat in the living room connected to the dining room or on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view.

Our hostess Ania will gladly tell you where to buy eggs and honey from locals. In autumn you have to deal with mushrooms on your own, but it's no hard work, because there are many of them under your breath.

The house is entirely for you, but on special request, we can arrange to serve you breakfast. Additionally, payable PLN 25 per person.

When they ask us if you can eat tasty in the area without cooking, we answer. Yes of course. Nearby you will find a proven restaurant at Włochy - DelCorso in Żarki, in the Ostaniec hotel there is a good "Restaurant and Winter Garden", while at the Poziom 511 hotel in the exquisite 511 Restaurant you will try the tasting menu as well as seasonal and regional dishes. A restaurant with a more climbing atmosphere, which is close to our heart, is Trafo Base Camp. You can eat relaxed and vegetarian there.

You can rest almost still, but most of our guests are focused on action. Even small toddlers try their hand at rocks, go crazy on bicycles, reach peaks and discover the interior of caves.

Podlesice 38 is located near Kroczyce, a picturesque town in the northern part of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland and in the very center of the Eagles' Nests Landscape Park. In addition to medieval ruins and unusual history, something else attracts here. The queen of the area, or Góra Zborów, is a rocky hill that is a mecca for climbers and an increasingly popular destination for avid cyclists. A tasty morsel for adrenaline lovers is also a wide range of rock outliers - the Kroczyckie and Podlesickie Rocks. There are over 500 routes of varying difficulty at your disposal. Next to the house, on the terrace, there is a symbolic fragment of Jurassic limestone. A string in it is fixed with a weather indicator. Dry means that the weather in the nearby rocks is suitable for climbing. After the sports struggle, the Italian cuisine in the "Trattoria" run by the owner from Milan in Żarki tastes special.

What else? Even more activities and nooks and crannies. At a distance of 20 km from the house there are 5 castles and strongholds, restored and open to visitors:
- Ogrodzieniec castle,
- Castle on Mount Birów,
- castle in Mirów,
- castle in Bobolice,
- the castle in Smoleń,
- Watchtower in Ryczów.

In summer, the less active Jura serves belly up on the Dzibice, Biała Błotna, Przyłubsko and Siamoszyce reservoirs in the vicinity of Podlesice, water bike recreation and all-day canoeing trips.

When you see everything on the surface and above the ground, I recommend looking into the depths of the caves. In Głęboka Cave you will feel the wildness: wet, muddy and dripping on your head. You won't get through here with a dry foot. The route has been prepared to resemble natural conditions as much as possible. It is the only such cave in the voivodeship that can be visited with a guide. And it's worth doing. Observe, watch, discover, but God forbid, don't touch anything. One millimeter of stalactite grows here all year round.

In addition to the Głęboka Cave, it is also worth seeing the cave:

- Berkowa.

For guests seeking new impressions and a faster heartbeat, I will organize a professionally prepared relaxation under the supervision of instructors: from climbing Jura rocks, bicycle and cross-country rallies, through cave exploration to balloon flights.

I will also share with you the verified addresses of a survival school, riding schools, bicycle rentals, and sailing centers.

Podlesice 38 is a place where you can pursue a dozen or so sports passions, but they also tempt you to actively do nothing.

Kids climb to the heights of creativity, reach the Himalayas of happiness, discover secrets hidden in the ruins of the castle, explore the area with the Bernese Mountain Dog, and read books about the adventures of his predecessor Bernie. After a full breakfast, with their bellies full, the little ones rush to the playground, create treasure maps, explore the interior of the caves with their parents and, under the supervision of an instructor, try their hand at climbing. We have plenty of attractions, and even more carefree hearts for children.

Each room can be additionally equipped with cots for small children.
