Apartments in our house are waiting for you, with separate entrances, so you will feel quite at ease here. The apartment on the ground floor, the so-called Stajnia, is approximately 30 m2, has a bathroom, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a connected bedroom. Through the glass doors you can go out to the terrace, which is just for you and invites you to sit in the mornings, evenings or all day long. In addition to the atmosphere at home, you will find original vaults from the old days, one double bed, a fold-out sofa, a large table, retro furniture and a homely atmosphere. The apartment has underfloor heating, so we recommend walking barefoot. The ground is pleasantly warm here, but in the summer the thick walls mean that the apartment does not heat up and is soothingly cool even in hot weather. On the floor above there is another apartment, which includes a bathroom, a bedroom with a window overlooking the forest (a separate room) and a spacious living room connected to the kitchen. From the windows you can watch our horses play in the morning, which is a very engaging activity :) On rainy days, we love to grab a book from a quite impressive bookcase, play music from the record player, hide on the sofa for a few hours under a blanket and feel like a detective from a crime story or go to romantic heather hills. It's all inclusive hygge. During your stay, you can benefit from psychological advice and a relaxing or therapeutic massage, it is best to inform us about this before your arrival. Our dogs Forest, Obelix, Oreo and the cat Robin live with us on site. The animals are very hospitable and friendly, so you can pet them as much as you want :) We love all animals, so we invite you with your dogs, there is plenty of space for them to run around.

When it comes to cooking, we give you free rein and our own kitchen, which we have equipped with everything you need to prepare something tasty. You will find here: -Coffee machine, - cooking plate, -Electric Kettle, - fridge, -sink, - a microwave oven -and all other necessary utensils and equipment. The only thing we don't have here is a baking stove, but you can easily replace it with a grill lit in the garden. Or move straight to the garden and prepare a feast in the fresh air. As befits a village, you can buy local products in the area. And you can do more shopping in the nearest store, which is 1 km from us.

There are no neighbors around the house, unless we include birds and other animals living in the forest in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house does not have a fence, so sometimes you can see deer or pheasants outside the window, which almost approached the window. You get up in the morning as soon as you get tired of lying in bed. You will not be woken up by any noise of cars or people outside the window, only birds singing. Rompers will be delighted. If you decide that you want to leave somewhere, the neighborhood is open for you and has prepared well for this meeting. Walking in the nearby forest is undoubtedly a nice way to spend your free time, but besides that, a stone's throw from the house is a river where you can try your hand at fishing or dip a foot or two. On the very bank of the river there are two benches where you can drink coffee, enjoy the sound of the river or read a book. For further trips, we especially recommend the Kaczawskie Mountains and their attractions: - bicycle routes - single tracks from Kaczawa - ski lifts (e.g. Łysa Góra) - hiking trails in the mountains - Grodziec Castle -Ostrzyca Proboszczowicka - the best vantage point in the area -Złotoryja - a city with a history related to gold -Church of Peace in Jawor entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List -Terms in Cieplice We are there and we will be happy to spend time with you.
