It is not a great philosophy: just to be. And the townspeople somehow find it difficult. We took up the challenge of creating a place where it can be done spectacularly. So basically doing nothing, just being and living. But on a full firecracker. In this being and life there is still "eating" (healthily and locally), and then "drinking" (morning coffee and evening wine), "listening" (to musical productions of nature, even if it is bull bass in the morning), " to stretch "(necessarily lazily and in a hammock)," walk "(but if you don't want to, you don't have to). And it is necessary to "bathe", because if you like a lake right under your nose, you really should bathe, even after the season.
So we have such a scenario: after an evening bath in the bathtub, all you have to do is take a step and jump under the covers, let the sun wake you up in the morning, sit down at the big table in the dining room, push your elbow around your breakfast delicacies (there is something to fight for, because the bread is fresh baked, eggs from happy hens, and the curd is outstanding). After eating, a moment of relaxation, and then we suggest you turn on the sports mode: you can run in forests and meadows, go rafting, get on a pedalo or a boat.
You can do anything, but one thing should be the first thing - relax. Come to us.
Point Mazury consists of 4 houses - two on the lake all year round and two on the lake rented in the summer season. We have prepared houses by the lake for you.
One of them is the real King Kong houses, which are created for luxurious, but above all, climatic relaxation. The house has 200 m2 and a huge terrace, where the morning coffee and the evening glass of wine taste best.
Large glazed windows overlook the lake and create a "wow" effect. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as a small bathroom and a children's playroom. A burning fire in the fireplace will brighten up cold evenings and give them a festive atmosphere. We have also prepared Bose sound equipment and a turntable for you. Book lovers will choose something from over 600 items in the library, and movie lovers will turn on a film on the projector.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and an apartment that can accommodate a total of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with a fireplace and a free-standing bathtub. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom.
In turn, the second house, or rather a house (it is smaller than its brother and has 80 meters), can boast an even better view of the lake. It can accommodate 4 people - in an open bedroom on the mezzanine and in an additional double room. In addition, there is a living room with a kitchenette and music equipment and a terrace.
We have beautiful views from the window, but as it happens in life - something for something - the morning sun can wake up hugging your face, because we don't have curtains. Not even an idea for them, so for now we wake up with the first rays looking under the eyelids. And there are insects, as in the countryside - not only in the Masurian one.
Everyone eats what they cook. And since it's hard to resist cooking by the kitchen window overlooking the lake and the garden, we can say from experience that it's hard to leave the pots.
We can make sure that your kitchen is full of local products - cheese (Marta's ones beat all the others), bread, butter, eggs from our friendly hens from the neighborhood, vegetables and fruits from Mrs. Grażynka, fish straight from the fisherman's sausages from local artisans. We currently work with many local breeders and farmers from whom we obtain fresh and organic products. We also cooperate with W MazurskimGaju.pl, from whom we can deliver everything they have on offer.
In Ełk, on Fridays and Sundays, markets are held - where you can buy everything - local sękacz, Lithuanian bread, delicious Korycin cheese and a lot of other local products. In addition, on our plot you will find a vegetable and herb garden, from which you can take whatever you want.
What to do - we like to eat well and we want to feed you as well.
In the village there is a very tasty and recommended fish bar "Rekin", in Ełk - a stone's throw from us, we recommend the restaurant "Między Wierszami" (it is located on the promenade and while eating we can feed our eyes with a view of the lake with impunity). And in Augustów we will direct you to "Tawerna Fisza". After dinner and in the neighborhood, we invite you for natural, artisanal ice cream "Ice cream with a heart".
How can you be bored when you have your own private beach, a pier from which you can jump on a water bomb, kayaks, pedal boats and a boat?
And if you want to go SUP riding, we can rent it from a friendly place.
We also have a volleyball court, barbecues and barbecue facilities. And in case of bad weather, a huge library, a projector, a Blu-ray player (in the larger house) and audio equipment (in both houses), and the sound of vinyl records will make many evenings more pleasant.
There is a mini SPA zone on the premises - a sauna and a hot tub. Devices rented exclusively for a given day, at an additional cost.
From Punek Mazury it is worth going on long walks, bicycle trips and trips to the forest (it is worth taking a large basket for mushrooms). You can also go on a further journey to the Biebrza National Park or the Wigry National Park, go horse riding at the nearby stud farms and take a ride on the historic narrow-gauge railway.
Ełk offers a lot of attractions during the season - an international balloon flying competition, the Water and Fire Festival, outdoor concerts, sports competitions, marathons and many others.
What’s there for children?
For kids, we have prepared a playground with a sandbox, slide and a trampoline. Football and volleyball courts invite you to play matches. There are also badminton equipment, bikes and life jackets waiting for the kids. There are hammocks, swings and a lot of space for jogging, a vegetable garden with fresh blueberries and raspberries that push themselves into the mouth.
In summer, it is worth making bomb jumps from the pier and improving swimming, and in the cold months, warming up by the fireplace playing board games and reading books.
What’s there for employees?
In both houses you will find large tables in the common areas (10 people and 4 people), at which, in addition to morning chats at breakfast, you can also hold an afternoon meeting. However, if you prefer to work in solitude and concentration, the best solution will be to go to the desk, which is in one of the bedrooms. At your request, we can add another desk in the other room.
The view from the windows, which you can enjoy sitting on a large sofa in the living room, is worth more than the one on Central Park in New York. It is also worth trying a basket with our delicacies and discover this region through the unusual flavors that we have prepared for you. We can assure you that nothing motivates you to work fast like the thought that you will soon close your laptops and start sprinting to the lake.
