In each of them you will find: - a living room with a fireplace and a supply of wood, a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a dinner table, a TV set, - a mezzanine with a comfortable double bed 180x200 cm, 2x single bed 90 × 200 with the possibility of joining and high-quality bedding, - in Villach PRESTIGE you also have a separate bedroom, located on the ground floor, - a fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, cutlery, pots, glass, - a modern bathroom with a large mirror, "walk in" shower, hair dryer, towels, - hall with a spacious wardrobe, - terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Ville Prestige is a treat for hedonists and lovers of the highest level of comfort. It is designed for 6 or 8 people and occupies two levels with a total area of 78 m2. Additionally, Prestige Black and Marble have an exclusive sauna and tub. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a folding table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a bedroom, a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and an exit to a large wooden terrace overlooking the pond and forest. On the mezzanine there is a sleeping area, here there are two comfortable, wide beds. Villa De Lux has the same layout but slightly different décor. They are designed for 4 adults + 2 children and have two levels with a total area of 65 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a folding table for 8 people, a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and an exit to the terrace overlooking the pond and forest. On the mezzanine there is a sleeping area, here you will find a comfortable, wide bed and two single beds that can be easily joined. Additionally, De Lux Gold has a sauna and baths exclusively. De Lux Marble has a tub only, and Villa Wood has a large 2-4 person hot tub in the bathroom. Each villa includes a parking space, free WiFi Internet. Cots, high chairs and baby bathtubs available on request.

You can cook just the way you like. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots and glasses. In the evening, an obligatory barbecue on the terrace or a bonfire under the firmament of stars. In our neighborhood there are excellent producers of: dairy products, cold cuts and honey. We can also help with lunch. We order dinners in a proven restaurant, and you will have a choice of several dishes from the menu.

You can get bored, sit for hours on the pier, relax in the pool, sunbathe on the terrace, warm up by the fireplace, read books, sunbathe by the lake and enjoy the sweet moments of laziness. The reserve is also a place of endless discoveries for those who like to spend active holidays. A bicycle ride to the Holy Mountain of Polanowska, a canoeing trip on the Grabowa River, a walk to the historic Church of Christ the King, a visit to the castle in Krąg are a great springboard from blissful laziness. The villas are surrounded by forest, lakes and ponds, there are plenty of hectares of nature that will satisfy the tastes of enthusiasts of running, cross-country skiing, Nordic Walking and bicycles. The routes, both wild and marked, will indicate the right direction for everyone. The lack of industry makes the environment clean and attractive for nature lovers. The Grabowa River and 34 lakes provide excellent conditions for water sports. From the road bridge on the road Wieleń - Polanów to Busyn, a kayaking route has been prepared as part of the Forest Tourist Complex of the Polanów Forestry Inspectorate. However, this does not change the fact that the river is still demanding and it takes 4 to 6 hours to cross the 7 km section, so a treat for people who want to fight with nature, i.e. with a strong river current, fallen trees lying in the riverbed. The multitude of hiking trails will satisfy the tastes of hiking enthusiasts: - pedestrians, - cycling, - the route "Greenway Necklace of the North" (green - 846.1 km): Debrzno - Borne Sulinowo - Złocieniec - Kalisz Pomorski - Drawsko Pomorskie - Połczyn Zdrój - Szczecinek - Polanów - Wielin - Biały Bór - Koczała - Człuchów - Konarzyny - Czersk - Kamień Krajenski – Debrzno. - horses. The "Reserve" is an enclave for lovers of fishing, mushrooming and hunting (Polanów Hunting Association "Dzik" near PZW No. 057), because the surrounding areas are a concentration of many species of plants, mushrooms and game. For absorptive modern solutions, we recommend going to a pumped-storage power plant, unique on a national scale, using an 80-meter difference in levels between Lake Kamienne and Kwiecko. The lakes were connected by three steel pipelines five meters in diameter. Within a second, 240 cubic meters of water are directed to the blades of the turbines, thanks to which the power plant can reach a power of 156 MW. In addition, the region offers many valuable monuments and museums: Red Bridge - a 120-meter-long steel bridge over the Grabowa River, on the Polanów-Korzyba railway line dismantled by the Russians in 1945. Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary - the oldest building in Polanów, built in the 18th century, with a preserved late-gothic tower.
