We were looking for him for a long time, we wanted to live away from the hustle and bustle of civilization - not in the middle of the city / village and not in the lakeside plots. After a few years of searching, during one of many motorcycle tours, wandering around Mrągowo, we came to this place quite accidentally. We fell in love with him right away. A typical Masurian house, built in 1915 from red brick and field stone. Although uninhabited for several years, almost invisible among the wild, ubiquitous greenery, he captivated us with his climate. We knew right away that it was THAT. And that's how our story begins. There was an old hen house here. And an old, huge cowshed. There are remains of farm buildings and a huge dugout. On old maps, which we found in the Museum of Warmia and Mazury in Mragowo, our place is marked as Surmowski Dwór. We guess that our cottage had to be built from the remains of this mansion. Unfortunately, it is for general renovation ... We dream about moving here permanently. In a magical place where you do not know where Warmia ends and Masuria begins. For now, we want to share with you this unique atmosphere, full of nature, freedom and freedom. That's why our house was created for you! So that you can experience with us the morning chirping of frogs and the afternoon clan of cranes. So that you can breathe deeply, rest, recharge your batteries, look at the stars!
