At a glance
This is a leisure travel agency. Today we are taking you to the magical region of the Ślęża Landscape Park. Time to go towards the Ślęża mountain, also known as Sobótka. Maybe it’s not as spectacular as Kilimanjaro, but it is powerful and is 718 metres high. It cradles Old Slavic culture, and in the Bronze Age, it was considered quite unique – it was the centre of pagan sun worship.
Today, no secret rituals are performed here, but the mountain rests exquisitely. At the foot of Ślęza, deep in the orchards, you will find a place like from a dream – a wooden house surrounded by fruit trees. In the spring, the whole area smells like flowers. Apricots and peaches, plums and tart cherries bloom, then pears, and finally, sweet cherries and apples appear. The Japanese call this moment "Hanami". We also have our own word for it: “Ślężańskie”.
Among the orchards which go up to the horizon, you will find a house, and in it a living room with a kitchenette, a terrace the size of a football field with a view of the sunsets, and two small rooms upstairs.
We live here slowly and according to the orchard’s calendar. During the season, for several months, we do not leave the ladder and are stuck with our heads in the treetops. In the summer, we look with disbelief at the sight of overflowing boxes of apples, but this hard work is compensated by the aroma of childhood and apple pie coming out of the oven. In the autumn, we make preserves, and during breaks, we take walks around our Tuscany, burn bonfires and make sandwiches with Mirabelle. In the winter, we have almost alpine conditions. On the hill behind the house, kids are tobogganing and skiing, adults are cross-country skiing, and a bit further there are real slopes in the Owl Mountains. It is so beautiful! The whole orchard is white, the air is crisp and clean, and you can see Śnieżka even from the garden. White paths in the forests, and warmth in the cottage.

We have always been tied to Ślęza. We used to have a small summer house on the other side of the mountain. Such vacation trips were enough for us. For some time. When we discovered Sady Pod Ślężą, which many guests call "little Tuscany", we knew that it would be the best place to live. Now, as happy pensioners, we have more time to stir the pots in the kitchen and stand on the ladder in the treetops. We use our fertile crops to produce delicious jams and dried fruit from our orchard. We make our guests’ time here more pleasant by offering a Mirabelle jam, wonderfully sticky cherry jam and dried plums. For us, it's a paradise, so we invite you to our paradise.
