We spend the winter in the city, and we open the gates of the estate in the summer. We invite you during the holiday season from 28/06 to 30/08.
Nothing can hide on our plain. There is Lake Bukowo, where kitesurfers bravely fight the wind, there is the Baltic Sea with empty beaches, 200 inhabitants, horses, ponies, alpacas, cats, dogs and finally, us - Poznanians attracted to the Baltic Sea.
This is the current situation, but things were a bit different in the past. Several thousand years ago, the coastal Lake Bukowo was a bay of the Baltic Sea, so even now you can feel a salty note in the water. Gleźnowo was a small fishing village, which in the 16th century was called Steinort. At that time it was inhabited by a village administrator, 11 peasants, a stable boy, 3 homesteaders, 5 bailiffs and a teacher. Peasants and homesteaders had to do serfdom in the royal farm in Buków Morskie, and cows lay on the pastures.
Everything started with our horses. We purchased the first mare by accident from a trader who was to give her to slaughter. The mare turned out to be in foal and a beautiful colt was born. Then there were ponies because our daughters spent their time in the saddle from an early age. With a full stable and great dreams, we started looking for a place where we could breathe, spend the holiday months and gallop without restrictions. This is how we ended up here in Western Pomerania by chance. It is not easy to find, because fields and forests indicate a wilderness. Only an old tree with a signpost leads to Gleźnowo 10.
Together with the whole animal gang, we run an intimate estate here, operating during the summer season. On the terrace, we serve unhurried breakfasts, lie on sun loungers, arrange an open-air cinema, ride horses, sit on the terrace with alpacas and take our time. We invite you for a family vacation. Just like in the past, in the countryside, with no worries, with an idyllic atmosphere.

The composition of the leisure team is as follows. Karolina and Krzysztof, two daughters 8 and 13 years old, two dogs, one cat, five horses and two alpacas. In autumn and winter, we live near Poznań, with our entire zoo. We work professionally and the girls go to school. With the beginning of the summer holidays, however, we turn into hosts and camps, and with all the benefits of the livestock, we set off to the north, to our estate. It started innocently. The husband began to make plans about his idyllic place on earth. I, sceptical, thought maybe sometime, later. The casual search for the old house did not last long, however. A few quick hikes, crystalline air with iodine added, fresh water in sight, and this is a place for horses. The decision was made, I let myself be persuaded. We are not selfish and we like the company, that's why we share Gleźnow with you. We will walk, swim, lie on the grass, gallop on the sand, eat tasty food, chat, and the kids will do whatever they want. We can't wait to meet you.
