Siema Siemiany

Our facility consists of 6 year-round and air-conditioned houses. Each of them has an area of 125 m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people in each. We were inspired to arrange each of them by a different motif of local nature, which is why they are named Forest (green accessories), Lake (inside shades of blue), Polana (details in yellow), Wind (cool shades of blue), Gaj (pastel green) and Haven (accessories in browns and greys). Each of the houses has the same layout and is furnished very similarly. They differ in colors and details in the decor. The houses have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a common area consisting of a kitchen combined with a dining room and a living room (in which there is a charming goat that gives a lot of warmth on cold days), a pantry, a vestibule and a utility room. Each room has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed for 1 person. There are 3 TV sets in each house - a large one in the living room, where you can organize movie screenings together, and in two bedrooms. You know the series "Full House", which takes place in a house filled to the roof with loving people and a bunch of wonderful kids? You can recreate such a scenario in Siemianowskie houses by Jeziorak. You can cram the whole family there (with grandparents, brother-in-law and distant cousins) or a large group of friends. And everyone will still have a space just for themselves - so much space here. We arranged the houses as if for ourselves, and then gave them to be tested by family and friends with different needs and preferences. We know you'll be out here. In each bathroom you will find hair dryers and a set of towels. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine with washing agents, a clothes dryer, an ironing board and an iron in the utility room. We also leave you with various types of cleaning products, a mop and a vacuum cleaner. The entire area is about 14,000 sq. m2 and there is private land around each house. At the back there is a common part, which includes a gazebo, two heated swimming pools with a paddling pool, a playground, a monkey grove, a sandpit with a mud kitchen, a trampoline, a zip line and a green area for games and play. Each place is conducive to rest, sipping colorful drinks or catching a few rays of sunshine with a book in hand. You can park up to four cars and four bicycles by the house. There is a playground right next to it to keep the little ones busy and give their parents a break. The whole is surrounded by a young, but lovingly tended garden. We are located on the edge of the forest overlooking a clearing and forests in the distance. In the evening, mosquitoes can tease and on warm days, wasps fly towards the end, unfortunately, there are a lot of horseflies that bite - get bug repellents. You can expect ticks after hiking in the surrounding forests.

You will eat what you prepare - in the kitchen you have total freedom and everything that the chefs need, so you can cook as much as you want. In Siemiany, only a few bars are open during the season, so we focused on a large and well-equipped kitchen so that no one would feel hungry. So there is a fridge with a freezer, an undercounter fridge, an oven, a microwave, an induction cooker, a blender and all the rest - tableware, glass, dishes and cutlery for children. Next to the kitchen, there are stairs to the first floor, under which there is a spacious pantry with waste segregation.

There is no way that you will complain about boredom. Let's start with the fact that there are 2 swimming pools, a paddling pool and a lot of inflatable water toys (including swimming boards) at your disposal. In front of each house there is a rack for 4 bicycles - if you like to ride, be sure to take them with you, because there are a lot of nice routes around the lake. In the common area there is a gazebo under which you can hide on hot days and 3 tables, plenty of chairs and deckchairs. You can eat while lying down and lie down eating. The proximity of the lake (400 m) Jeziorak with excellent sailing infrastructure encourages you to try your hand at sailing. You can swim, sail and walk along the shore. The area is surrounded by forests and lakes - those with a quiet zone, so rest with us should be undisturbed by any noise. Houses are surrounded by clearings, lakes and forests - so there are also typical walking places. We recommend forest baths to every tired soul, which perfectly calm the busy body. During the season Siemiany can surprise you with the number of attractions - concerts and festivals are held here, the port is full of water sports enthusiasts, bars and local gastronomy are thriving. In the off-season, Siemiany is a paradise for lovers of silence. In the area there is a horse farm, a marina for boats and sailboats, water equipment rental. In autumn, it is worth taking baskets with you and filling them with mushrooms from the surrounding forests.
