Right on the shores of Lake Serwy, in the heart of the Green Lungs of Poland, in the picturesque Augustów Primeval Forest, it is not quiet at all. Cranes, owls, trees, crickets and frogs, discreet blows of a cup of coffee on a saucer, the rustle of a page in a book turning over, sounds of children's play. But there is something else: it is the grunt of someone who is doing push-ups, burpees or planks. He throws the tire, turns the ropes and pulls himself up on the stick. There are daredevils here who come to Sirvis to move a bit. Because in addition to the ecological, wooden house, nature and kilometers of paths, we have something else for them: a lot of useful equipment and knowledge how to beat a triathlon.

Guests have twelve individually designed and equipped rooms at their disposal. There is plenty of space - not only couples, but also families with children or a group of friends will rest comfortably here. Each room is equipped with a double or two single beds, an LED TV, a bathroom with a shower, a set of towels. We have divided our rooms into four groups:

CLASSIC DOUBLE - rooms "Fish", Motyle" - double rooms with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi access and a TV.

PLUS DOUBLE - rooms "Biedronki", "Sówki", "Żabki", "Raki", "Dandelions", "Ptaszki" - double rooms with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi access and a TV, and PLUS, which varies depending on the room selected. The PLUS features include air conditioning, kitchenette, minibar, kettle, coffee, tea, spacious terrace, and independent entrance.

APARTMENT - rooms "Bikes", "Boats", "Kites" - rooms in a 2+2 configuration (2 adults, two children) with a private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and TV. Additional advantages include large windows, independent entrance and a terrace in front of the entrance to the room.

APARTMENT PLUS - room "Cormorants" - two-room apartment in a 2+2 configuration (2 adults, two children). Guests have at their disposal a living room with a fireplace, equipped kitchenette, bedroom, private bathroom, Wi-Fi access, TV. Additional advantages include large windows, spacious terrace and a view of the lake.

At SIRVIS Apartments, we take care of the peace and quiet of other Guests. In the rooms located in buildings A and B, we have introduced the so-called "Quiet zone". This means that we remember and respect the rest of our neighbors. Additionally, we apply the 5-10-15 rule - on the ground floor we accommodate families with children over 5 years of age, on the first floor over 10 years of age, and in "Dandelions" and "Birds" over 15 years of age. Families with children under 5 years of age are accommodated in family apartments, located in building C, rooms "Latawce", "Łódki" and "Rowery".

SIRVIS Premium - the entire house exclusively
A group of 14-16 people (7 rooms) can fit. On the ground floor there is a two-room apartment with a kitchenette and two double rooms. On the first floor we have four double rooms, including two with equipped kitchenettes. In the raised basement, there is a spacious living room with a dining room and a bar, a large kitchen and a cinema room. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms, LED TVs. Guests have free access to Wi-Fi. The building has two fireplaces, a table football table, a dart board.

The atmosphere of this place also includes regional cuisine. We care about the culinary experience of our guests, and most importantly, we give them a chance to try local specialties. Our meals include dishes prepared by the best housewives of the Suwałki region. Everything is based, of course, on natural and fresh ingredients. Simply put, it should be healthy and delicious, just like at home. We serve breakfast and dinner. Our meals are subject to an additional charge - breakfast is available for PLN 45/person (buffet) or PLN 30/person (takeaway), and dinner is available for PLN 80/person. Children up to 7 years old eat meals for PLN 25 for a buffet breakfast and PLN 50 for dinner.

We also offer "Healthy Box" dietary packages. As part of the package, you receive all-day food, packed in boxes and ready to go. The menu includes four diets (balanced, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free). We give you the package for the whole day in the morning, you take it with you and you decide about the times of individual meals. Package price: PLN 90/person/day.

Additionally, pizza lovers are invited to the "Sirvisowa Napoletana", prepared based on the recommendations of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. We bake our pizza at a temperature of about 500 degrees for max. 90 seconds, on a specially imported Biscotto di Casapulla stone from Campania. The cake is always handmade, thin, with a slightly raised and "inflated" edge. Our pizza consists only of noble ingredients - Caputo Nuvola flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella fior di latte, di bufala, burrata, olive oil.

Guests will find everything they need here:

There is also a place for a bonfire, two gazebos, barbecue equipment. The facility has a large dining room and a common living room. We have an HD home cinema projector, Hi-Fi equipment, a TV with access to satellite channels and streaming platforms. The guesthouse is also a great base for running trails, cycling, Nordic walking, walks, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing, and even... a ski slope.

Children at SIRVIS do have a play area with toys and games, but they spend most of their day outdoors, on the playground or our private beach.

Comparing ourselves to PKP may not be the best solution, but we have one thing in common - a quiet zone. If you like working with headphones or are used to working in common areas, we cordially invite you to the dining room or living room in building A. There are single tables that can accommodate up to 11 people and a large sofa. During your stay, the gazebo by the lake can become your conference room, and the garden furniture will be a nice change from the desk. The rooms have desks or tables and 2-4 chairs. In four rooms, you can also stretch out on the sofa. Importantly, thanks to fiber optics, we have really fast and efficient internet.
