The 20-meter terrace allows you to spend a lazy morning with a coffee, an afternoon with friends over a drink or an evening with a barbecue. For longer autumn and winter evenings, we have prepared games for adults and family games (board games and others). 2 bedrooms are located in the upper part of the house, accessed by stairs. 2-seater with a double bed and 3-seater with 3 90 cm wide beds, all with super comfortable mattresses. We have installed blackout blinds in each bedroom, and in the summer we install insect nets. On the ground floor, in the lounge area, there is a fold-out corner sofa that can sleep up to 2 people. The house is year-round, heated with hybrid heaters (convection and infrared), which will heat the house even without using a fireplace. The village shop is a 5-minute walk away. In the village you will find a pond for keen anglers (you can fish with a fishing license), an outdoor gym, playgrounds for children, and an educational trail in Retropark. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the Polanica-Zdrój health resort, where you can choose among restaurants and tourist attractions. It will also take 10 minutes to get to Kłodzko.
