You can come to us with your whole family, as we can accommodate up to 18 people in total. The main house has five comfortable bedrooms (four of them have double beds, one has two single beds). In addition to the bedrooms, the house also has two bathrooms (so that no one has to wait in long lines), including one with a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and a TV. We made sure that you all could meet in one place and relax together. Additionally, those who value greater privacy can stay in an independent apartment above the garage. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa, so it can comfortably sleep 4 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the second apartment - above the stable - there is a new workshop room for dancers, yogis, and also for those who spend their time less actively and like to sit by the fireplace with a view of the stalls in the stable. You can also arrange sleeping in sleeping bags and sleeping mats, because there is an additional bathroom and kitchen on the floor below. (Room rental is charged additionally.) Recently, you can visit us with your own horse, because we have an empty stable at your disposal - there is a tack room, 4 stalls for horses, and behind the stable there is a large paddock for horses, where Daniel, Boston and the head of our stable: Amazonka used to graze. We will provide you with keys and a remote control for the entrance gate to conveniently park in front of the house. And literally behind the fence lives the host who will help you if you need it - don't hesitate to ask for it.

We decided that since we provide you with the entire house and everything around it, we will not enter the kitchen any more. However, we have prepared complete equipment, thanks to which you can cook your favorite dishes and desserts. At your disposal are: gas stove, oven, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cups, glasses (don't forget wine for dinner), and of course a mixer (because once you bake a cake, it is worth having something to whip cream for it!) and additionally decorated tiled kitchen. You can stock up in a few local grocery stores where you go on foot. Stores buy from local suppliers, so the quality of the products available is first class. Also, buy a sausage as there is a place for a fire and grill. In Sochaczew (10 minutes by car) there is a large market, where local farmers and breeders sell their products. However, if you do not want to cook, there is a restaurant in Nieborowski Palace, where they serve pork chop like a dream. We also recommend the "Oberża pod Złotym Pig" (Nieborów), where it is worth eating stewed ribs and dumplings with chanterelles - but it is worth booking tables in advance. You can eat vegetarian and vegan in Łoskot Cafe in Sochaczew, and you should also drink delicious coffee there.

Szczesliwisko is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Bolimów forests. The areas around the habitat are ideal for walks, bicycle trips, skateboarding, rollerblading, and scooters. You just can't get bored with us, regardless of the weather. We have prepared so many places of entertainment for you throughout the entire hectare that it will be difficult to use all of them throughout your stay - but it's worth trying. You can play matches, walk, sweat in the sauna, sing by the fire, play board games and rest by the pond - we guarantee that everyone will find something for themselves. Near the house there is a tennis court, a basketball court, a place to play badminton and most importantly - we have a full supply of balls: football, basketball, volleyball and tennis. If you want to organize a bike trip, which we encourage you to do (there is a place to go), we have 4 bikes for you. A forest starts right behind the house, where you can walk for hours. It is enough to cut the meadow and find yourself among the rustling trees. Recently, you can organize yoga, dance and massage workshops in Szczęśliwisko - whatever you will enjoy, and which can be accommodated in a newly renovated room with a size of about 90 m2. In the building, guests have at their disposal a separate bathroom and kitchen. If someone wants to come with a slightly larger quadruped, it is possible to accommodate horses in a stable with 4 boxes, a saddle room, an exit to the paddock - leading to the forest, and additionally, we can prepare a place for lunging and training the horse. Seeking a more static rest can lie down on terraced loungers or ground on the grass, which is abundant. In the event of rain, we have prepared board games that are best played by the fire. However, if you miss "civilization", we have fast-working wifi. An interesting option can be a walk in the gardens of the Palace in Nieborów (there is also the Automobile Museum there) or the Romantic Park (as the name suggests, it is best to take the closest person for a walk), see the Shrine of the High Priest, the Temple of Diana or the Aqueduct. In turn, the nearby Bolimów Lagoon (whose official name is: the Joachimów-Ziemiary water reservoir) invites all anglers. The fishery is stocked successively and we can catch pike, perch, rudd, bream, bream, tench, zander, carp and grass carp. There are also eels, ide, chub, catfish and asp. Fishing rods in hand! A little further, in Żelazowa Wola (20 km), there is the house-museum where Fryderyk Chopin was born. NOTE: there is a pond in our area that is not fenced - keep an eye on the youngest. We can also, unfortunately, be bitten by mosquitoes and ticks, so it is worth taking care of deterrents.
