Far far away, where snow is waist-high in winter, and cows graze under the clouds in summer, you will find peace in the Lemko village of Mochnaczka Niżna. You won't find tourist gimmicks and fake oscypek here. You have to get tired a bit and watch out for the suspension because the 3 family houses are at the top of quite a steep hill. Climbing is rewarded with charming views, a bonfire in a mountain glade and stars at your fingertips.
The day begins with breakfast on the terrace, and for dessert, we serve a panorama of the Low Beskids: pastures, forests, fields, mountains and paths winding between them. Sometimes a rooster crows, a neighbour's cow moos, and you can always hear the joyful cries of children playing. Here, no one limits kids' imaginations. In the summer there's wild swimming in the pool and blowing dandelions, and in the winter there is sledging from morning to evening.
You can take a break from the city, enjoy a coffee on the terrace in woollen socks, sneak out at dawn or drink mulled wine by the fireplace. In the rocking chair, count the storks flying overhead and go to Krynica Zdrój for water with a controversial smell, but magical properties.
In summer, we invite you for hiking, in winter for skiing and cross-country skiing, and in autumn for stoic peace and red treetops.
In Mochnaczka Niżna in the Low Beskids, where families with children feel best, couples skiing on the nearby slopes and fans of mountain hiking. Tabaszówka consists of 3 Scandinavian houses on a hill with a fairly steep driveway, and each of them has 2 apartments with separate entrances. This means that 2 families can sleep freely in each house, and each team will have independent entrances and separate relaxation zones with a garden and its own barbecue area.
The Scandinavian style was our determinant - simplicity, bright colors with the use of natural materials. White is the dominant color in the interiors, and the key element is the table. It stands in a central point and it is around it that the rest of the space is organized.
We have prepared for you:
- terraces with beautiful views,
- fireplaces next to which you will warm up after skiing adventures,
- a playground for children with a fruit garden, where children can eat organic fruit straight from the bushes,

If you want to take a break from cooking, we recommend you a few proven restaurants in the closer and a bit more distant surroundings:
- The "Cichy Kącik" inn in Krynica Zdrój is a very fashionable restaurant. The food is insanely tasty and the servings will supplement the calories burned on the slopes.
- The "Two Saints" restaurant is an exquisite highlander cuisine, where you can count on an intimate decor, artistic presentation, jazz music and an unusual menu. It is an atmospheric place that definitely stands out from the "little restaurants" along the boulevard in Krynica.
- Krynicki "Złoty Róg" is a regional restaurant with decent portions. Try the trout with oscypek, sour rye soup, dumplings with seasonal mushrooms. Touristic place so it can get crowded in high season.
- "Kłyniec - Karczma Łemkowska", you shouldn't count calories here. Cheese, potatoes, bacon, gluten and regional flavors.
- "Restauracja Koncertowa" is a highlander fusion cuisine with molecular tendencies. Here for a special occasion, romantic dinner and light debauchery.
With us it is not proper to be bored, although it is possible. On the sunny terrace overlooking the hills and valleys, where you can read an overdue book, by the fireplace or even in front of the TV. However, it is worth moving the muscles stagnant in the city's stillness and reaching for the local attractions. Take the cable car to the top of Parkowa and Jaworzyna, admire the colorful fountains in the spa park, try the controversial waters in the pump room, go hiking and rent bikes to get to know the Low Beskids on two wheels.
You can try your hand at the saddle, in a pontoon or in a kayak on Poprad rafting. In winter, the obvious attractions are skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and sledding, and we have it all at our fingertips. In autumn, it is quiet, less crowded and colorful here. Then it is worth taking baskets and rubber boots for mushroom picking.
Take advantage of the proximity of Beskid attractions:
- Wooden Architecture Trail,
- Park Hill,
- the first tree-top lookout tower in Poland,
- Jaworzyna Krynicka tourist routes, and in winter the ski complex,
- Słotwin lifts,
- rafting down the Poprad Valley.
What’s there for children?
The kids have it all too well with us, because when creating Tabaszówka we thought how to please them. On site, they will find a playground and a summer swimming pool, a great space for running and flying kites. It is always noisy here, because young people from all houses and our children integrate into the trim. Games, baths, winter ski schools, bonfires in the evening. There is a lot to do, and parents can enjoy their free time and watch their kids from the terrace during this time. Additionally, for your convenience, we offer cots and high chairs for feeding and a bath tub. In each house, children will find a chest with toys and games and books for reading before bedtime.
What’s there for employees?
Our philosophy is that everything in the home should revolve around the main table in the dining room, which is why you can start work there with a cup of delicious coffee. During the day, you can drink your second cup at your desk in the bedroom or on the sofa in the living room. After work, we invite you to the terrace, where you can soak up the peace and quiet.
