Quick check

In April, you can hear herons and storks, in May, frogs croak, in September, deer roars. In summer, sometimes a herd of roe deer and deer runs across our meadows in such a rush that you can feel it galloping under your feet, standing on the grass in front of the house. Clucking chickens flit about our yard, chased away from time to time by the cats Benek and Mercysia.

In the Wielka Błoto glade, in the middle of the Niepołomice Primeval Forest, there are several houses. Among them is our peaceful Targoszówka, three buildings we decided to bring back to life. The first is the barn, in which, after renovation, we ourselves lived. From the old cowshed, we slowly created a place for our increasingly frequent visitors. Currently, we are working on the king of the estate - the house, which in the future we will also make available to those who seek rest in the midst of silence and greenery.

Stara Obora (Old Cowshed) is a house with a veranda and a courtyard overlooking the Wielkie Błoto glade. You relax here slowly and get to know the wilderness in detail. There is no internet connection, and you get rash when you hear the word "TV". We advise you to surrender to the charm of nature for a few days and forget about the technological achievements of civilization for health reasons. It is worth going mushroom picking (we live in a mushroom paradise, where you can see chanterelles from afar), fishing (we will tell you where), walking the length and breadth of the forest tracking wild animals. Spread a blanket on the grass and listen to the birds.

Come and relax in the wilderness.

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help

We are a married couple who escaped the city and created our own little paradise on earth. We settled in the middle of the Niepołomice Primeval Forest, in a place called Polana Wielkie Błoto. We have revived the buildings of the old homestead and can finally invite you to Stara Obora and Stary Dom to experience the closeness of the forest as we did.

Other rules

  • REGULATIONS OF THE TARGOSZÓWKA SITE

Dear Guest, by making a reservation you confirm that you agree to the following rules:
    1. By renting a house in the Targoszówka habitat, you decide to spend your holidays in the countryside. However, you must know that as in the countryside, life flows on a different track, you will not experience the noise of the city here, but everyday life goes on here. Both we and the neighbors have our duties and sometimes we have to mow the grass or chop wood, water the flowers and weed the beds. During the day, you will sometimes hear the sounds of a mower, saw, tractor, and the neighbor's son, who is fascinated by motorization, will sometimes ride his motorbike. As in the countryside, we have more animals, both large and small. There are definitely more insects like mosquitoes, flies and bees, we have chickens, cats and dogs ourselves. Hens walk around the yard alone, so they will look at you on the terrace. Our cats and dogs love people, so don't be surprised if they regularly visit you in a rented house.
    2. The confirmation of the reservation is an advance payment of 30% of the order value, payable after confirming the date, to the indicated bank account. In case of cancellation of arrival, the prepayment is not returned, but you can always change the date so that the deposit is not lost.
    3. At the time of check-in, a rental agreement is signed with the person making the reservation. In order to confirm the identity, the Guest is required to present a document with a photograph.
    4. The rest of the amount due is settled at the time of arrival and transfer of the house, in cash on the spot or by bank transfer three days before arrival.
    5. The minimum rental period is a minimum of 2 days (3 days); during the holiday period 6 days (7 days).
    6. Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 12:00.
    7. Children up to 2 years old stay for free. We do not settle travel vouchers.
    8. The price list for renting houses depends on the number of people that must be declared at the time of booking and the offer is prepared on its basis. An additional fee of PLN 1,000 will be added for each unreported person who will be allowed into the rented house "in the wild" in the amount of PLN 1,000 for each unreported person.
    9. In the case of stays longer than 7 days, at the request of guests, we can provide a washing machine free of charge, as well as replace towels.
    10. No loud parties, bachelor parties, etc. are allowed on the property. For disturbing the home and not complying with the regulations, the rental contract is immediately terminated, without reimbursement, and thus we have to say goodbye to our guests.
    11. Siedlisko Targoszówka has two houses for rent, Stary Dom and Stara Obora. The houses are located in such a way that guests do not disturb each other, but please respect your spaces that have been separated and adjacent to the houses, as well as our private zone. Everyone comes to rest.
    12. After 22:00 please avoid excessive noise.
    13. The houses are wooden and flammable, so we go outside to smoke, each house is equipped with fire extinguishers.
    14. Unfortunately, our pets do not tolerate the presence of other foreign animals, we are sorry, but even though we love animals, we do not want to stress our pets and not every pet can stay with us. The stay of the pet must be arranged individually.
    15. The day before the planned arrival, please contact us to arrange the arrival time.
    16. Waste is segregated on our farm, we care about ecology, so we also require it from our guests.
    17. For kids there is a paradise of space and a lot of new things that they want to touch or see. However, children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of guardians, i.e. parents. Unfortunately, parents are financially responsible for any damage caused by their children.
    18. Dear guest, we offer you our place, prepared and equipped as if we were doing it for ourselves. Treat all things like at home. You will be charged the cost of repairing or repurchasing any damage.

Przecudowne miejsce! Będąc tam od razu wpada się w wakacyjny tryb. Hamaczki, rowery, ognisko, woda i puszcza na wyciągnięcie ręki, to wszystko czego do tego potrzeba. Właścicielka przekochana, zawsze służyła pomocą i dobra rozmową.

No i klimatyzacja w domkach pozwala latem na cudowne schronien...
