In the eco houses of the future, which we built with respect for the planet. Nothing is accidental here. From the electric car charger in the home parking lot (you can charge it for free), through photovoltaics, intelligent water use, a solar grill, to anti-allergic interiors. We like family trips ourselves, we have vacationed in many places where sometimes something was missing or irritated us during our vacation. That's why we designed the houses so that you don't miss anything. The interiors are decorated in a modern style, with wooden finishes and subtle additions emphasizing the mountain character. Some of the finishes and equipment were handmade from leftover construction wood and pieces of wood inspired by nature. Virtually every element of the houses tells its own story, because we created them together with our family and put a lot of time and heart into them. There are two houses on a green clearing at your disposal. Two bedrooms in the attic can comfortably accommodate two people in each of them (without tripping over beds and hitting low ceilings). The first bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. For parents with small children, we add a baby cot to one of the bedrooms, and in the other bedroom there is a cleverly hidden third bed, so you can sleep comfortably in a group of 5-6 people. If that wasn't enough, or you would like to take your aunt, uncle, grandmother or grandfather with you on holiday, there is room for them too, because in the living room on the ground floor there is a fold-out sofa for 2 people. There is always white, fragrant bedding and towels for everyone. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 8 people, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace with furniture and barbecue, two balconies, playground for children. We calm down allergy sufferers, with us you can breathe freely without a runny nose, red eyes or rash. Two-stage microfiltration of ventilation air means that neither smog in winter nor pollen in spring and summer can enter the houses. The houses do not have chimneys because they are powered primarily by the sun thanks to photovoltaics. The heat is provided by a heat pump. Nothing stops you from enjoying the summer nights outside. For those interested in such an adventure, especially brave children, we will lend you a tent :) You can see the stars in the sky beautifully from our garden, because we have planned the night lighting so that it does not disturb the rhythm of nature and does not illuminate the sky. We provide a free charging station for guests arriving with electric cars. We would like to thank those who, like us, care about the future of the planet, respect water resources, do not produce waste, limit energy consumption and live in harmony with nature. We reward such heroes with discounts on house rentals. Those who come to Zakopane by train and use their own feet, bicycles and public transport to get around the area also deserve a discount.

We give you a field for a culinary show. The kitchen in each cottage is fully equipped with all utensils for preparing meals, as well as a large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. 8 people can comfortably fit in the large living room at the family table. In summer, on the terrace, you can use an electric grill to prepare healthy, "smoke-free" meals - highlander pancakes - "moskole", the recipe of which will be revealed during your stay with us, are great on this grill. If you do not like cooking or you are lazy on vacation, full board is provided by our kind neighbors - just go out the gate and walk 200 meters down the street to Willa Basieńka. In our summer you will find forest raspberries, currants, and in the near future also fruit from your own garden, because we plant old varieties of fruit trees and shrubs near our houses. For lovers of mushroom picking, the surrounding forests (apart from the national park and reserves) are open. As a welcome gift you will get healthy mineral water (in returnable bottles and spring water straight from the tap), and on request, we can provide real highlander cheeses from the family shepherd's hut.

There are as many attractions in Podhale as there is snow in winter and crocuses in spring. Here you can enjoy free rest away from the crowds, have fun, play games outdoors, lie in the meadow and observe wild nature, and at night the sky is full of stars. Children will certainly not be bored while roaming around in the large garden and on the playground. At any time of the year, we have a nature game for you called "Little Treks", which allows you to discover many local secrets. For those who come to hike in the mountains, we help plan trips and sometimes we keep you company. We know the Tatra Mountains perfectly because we are associated with them out of passion and professionally - Bartek is a Tatra guide and an employee of the Tatra National Park, and the whole family loves mountain trips. In winter, there are so many untrodden areas of snow that we sometimes make snow-covered garden furniture. And skiing. The ski slopes, with a school for beginners, are a 10-minute walk from us. Kasprowy Wierch with its alpine routes can be seen in winter from the windows of the cottages - Kuźnice is 2.5 km away. From there you can also go on beautiful ski tours (on skis), or take your children on an unforgettable sleigh ride from Kalatówki. Nearby there are also two ice rinks, swimming pools and a whole host of natural attractions, including the Nature Education Center of the Tatra National Park, which is open all year round. Cyclists can enjoy cycling routes around Zakopane - of varying degrees of difficulty, of various lengths, and, above all, in the beautiful outdoors with the opportunity to have a picnic along the way, rest by the river, or even pick mushrooms and forest berries. We are happy to tell our guests about all this and many other attractions because we know our region well. And when the weather does not allow for outdoor activities, board games, magazines and books about mountains and more will make your time more pleasant.
