One hundred years ago, there were other hosts here. The fabulously rich Loski family, owners of a crystal glass factory, probably known in half of Europe. The hosts liked luxury, they had a weakness for beautiful interiors and objects. Then the war came and the history of the family in Stronie Śląskie had to end. They left their home, battered by the war, but with the hope that something could be saved.
There is now a guesthouse at Villa Elise. There are old tiled stoves in the apartments and the hall. The main hall is decorated with antique wooden stairs, and along it, there is an amazing, originally preserved stained glass window. The stylish restaurant is separated from the drink bar by antique crystal glass sliding doors. Our 13 rooms and suites are reminiscent of what used to be. They are made of stylish furniture, fabrics, antique tiled stoves, original frescoes placed on the ceilings, and they all tell us about the past.
We invite you to a place with a legend. And because it is a guesthouse, not a museum - take advantage of the modern Relaxation Zone, a classic Finnish sauna with a modern twist, enjoy a massage, relax a bit. Then go to the forest and the garden with a fountain, because we have an enchanted land here, from which you can see the mountains. Drink wine on the terrace, admire Czarna Góra, Śnieżnik and Krzyżnik. Catch the sun on the deckchairs or take a nap in a hammock in the forest. The atmosphere of this area is such that you do not need anything, you can do everything or nothing. End the day with dinner at a restaurant, taste the sturgeon, we will recommend the best wine. Our villa has a total of 13 rooms (including two apartments and one family studio), each with a different look.
Depending on the type of your stay, you can live in:
- A cosily furnished single, double or triple Standard room
- A comfortable 2 or 3-person Comfort room
- Elegant and spacious Blue or Green Apartment
- A large and comfortable Family Studio
All types of rooms are equipped with bathrooms with towels, toiletries and a dryer.
There is also mineral water waiting for you in each room.
Comfort rooms as well as Apartments and Studios are additionally equipped with refrigerators and tea and coffee making sets.
The kitchen at Villa Elise is a special thing for us, because we ourselves belong to the so-called foodies, i.e. we cannot live without good food. The menu of our restaurant "Kaczka i Wino", based on local products, contains all the best from the region.
Our hallmark is real sourdough bread, baked on site, which thanks to its unique recipe has been awarded the Culinary Heritage mark of Lower Silesia. This is the specialty of Rafał who inherited the recipe from his father.
The breakfast table is not a kilometer, as it is in chain hotels. On the other hand, you will find cheese and cottage cheese from Lower Silesian cheese makers, cold cuts from Mr. Krzysztof or those smoked by us, seasonal vegetables and fruits, our jams and preserves, cake. In short: real taste.
The leitmotif of the restaurant's menu is duck and wine - two of our great passions. The duck is served in several ways, depending on the season and the availability of different products. A specially composed wine list and tastings organized several times a year help us to spread the culture of drinking wine. We discover some wines during our travels, and then we look for their suppliers in Poland.
Our menu also includes proposals for vegans and vegetarians.
The restaurant was the first in Lower Silesia to be recommended SLOW FOOD POLSKA.

In a hotel with an old soul, where every nook and cranny hides its own story, the internet would be enough
Elon Musk and Zuckerberg. In common spaces, there is a small risk of disturbing the perfect silence, but this is not a problem with noise-cancelling headphones. For introverts and professions requiring full concentration, we recommend working in rooms/apartments. The rooms are equipped depending on the standard, e.g. a living room with a sofa - a suite, a table or a desk (dressing table) with a comfortable chair - in the rooms. In the basement there is a training room (there are windows), where you will find all the necessary aids to conduct a full-fledged presentation at the meeting.
After work, it's time for hard choices between sauna, swimming pool, massage or tea and a book.
