RULES OF STAY IN OSTOJA WYRÓWNO
These Rules define the rules for using the houses and staying on the entire property, hereinafter referred to as Ostoja. The buildings that make up Ostoja are "Bobrówka", "Sokółka", "Widokówka" and "Kryjówka".
1. The Parties (Tenant and Landlord) agree that a necessary condition for staying on the Ostoja premises and using its houses/buildings is to read these Rules and accept their provisions. Paid stay on the premises of Ostoja is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations and conclusion of a lease agreement with the Lessor (owner of Ostoja).

2. The stay begins on the first day of the lease at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the lease. Earlier or later arrival or departure times are possible only after prior arrangement with the Lessor.

3. In the event of the Lessee shortening the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Lessor, the cost of the rent due shall be retained by the Lessor.

4. When handing over the cottage to the Lessee, the Lessor makes all the equipment and furnishings available to him, and the Lessee declares that he has become familiar with their condition and does not raise any objections to it.

5. The Tenant is obliged to use the cottage and all devices and equipment belonging to Ostoja in accordance with their intended use and undertakes to take care of their proper technical and sanitary condition.

6. When handing over the house/building located on the premises of Ostoja to the Tenant, the Landlord provides him with a fireplace burning only wood, and the Tenant declares that he knows how to operate it and takes full responsibility for its operation and related safety. The Tenant is obliged to comply with fire safety rules and is responsible for any damage caused in the cottage and on the premises of Ostoja during the rental period, resulting from his fault or lack of caution in the use of the fireplace and other devices.

The Landlord will not be liable for bodily injury, damage to health or other damage resulting from an accident resulting from improper use of the fireplace or other device by the Tenant and persons staying with him on the premises of Ostoja during the rental period, which the Tenant confirms by accepting these Regulations.
7. The Lessor declares that on the premises, the Lessee is provided with a jetty, access to the shore of Lake Wyrówno, an axe, water equipment, a grill, other sharp tools, gardening tools and other items found in Ostoja that may pose a threat to life or health if used improperly. The Lessor reserves that he will not be liable for bodily injury, damage to health or other property and personal damage resulting from an accident while using the above-mentioned items or other devices, especially due to their improper use, after drinking alcohol or failing to exercise due caution and use by minors under the care of adults responsible for them. 8. Any technical failures noticed by the Tenant or persons staying with him on the premises of Ostoja during the rental period in any house/building and on its premises, the Tenant is obliged to report them immediately by phone to the Landlord at: 668672828.

10. The Tenant and persons staying with him on the premises of Ostoja during the rental period are fully liable for any property and personal damage or destruction of buildings, objects, equipment or devices located on the premises of Ostoja, which will occur due to their fault.

11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms of the house and on the terrace.

12. The Tenant is obliged to clean up any dirt left by his pet on the premises around the houses.

13. There is a night silence on the premises of Ostoja from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

14. The Tenant is obliged to lock the cottage doors, completely extinguish the fire in the fireplace and grill when leaving it.

15. The Landlord is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value or other material belongings of the guests.

16. The Landlord or a person authorized by him has the right to remove the Tenant and persons staying with him on the premises of Ostoja during the rental period before the end of the rental period in the event of their violation of the rules of social coexistence, these regulations and generally understood safety rules.
