In order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please read the regulations below.

By booking an apartment or house by the pond in Drewniana Róża, the guest declares that he or she has read the regulations and accepts their terms.

General conditions:
§ 1 Apartments and cottages are rented daily.

§ 2 The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.

§ 3 Night curfew begins at 10 p.m.

§ 4 No outsiders may stay on the premises without the consent of the staff. If the guest obtains such consent, the stay of outsiders is only allowed until 9 p.m.
§ 5 The payment of 50-100% of the stay value to the account, called DEPOSIT, is a confirmation of the apartment/house reservation. The amount of the deposit depends on the season and type of accommodation. To confirm your reservation, please pay the deposit to our account and send us a message about the payment. Upon payment, the stay is booked; lack of payment is understood as cancellation. After receiving the payment, we will send information confirming the reservation.
THE DEPOSIT PAID is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the guests do not show up on the date agreed upon when booking. It is possible to postpone the stay (transfer the deposit) to another agreed free date (validity of 6 months) and report it no later than 30 days before the planned arrival.
If the reservation is canceled later, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Failure to cancel the reservation or its cancellation on the day of arrival may result in claims being made against the Guests and a demand to cover the entire cost of the stay.
Please be advised that if you want to document the transaction with a VAT invoice, you must report this fact and provide the buyer's details at the time of purchase. The desire to receive a VAT invoice must be reported before completing the sales transaction.
After closing the transaction with a receipt, it is not possible to issue a sales invoice.
§ 6 By making a reservation at Drewniana Róża, the guest declares that he has read the regulations and accepts their terms. Making a reservation at Drewniana Róża is tantamount to accepting the regulations of Drewniana Róża.

§ 7 The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the staff by 09.00 on the day on which the apartment/house rental expires. Wishes to extend your stay are taken into account depending on available places.

§ 8 The payment for the stay is collected in advance, no later than on the day of arrival, for a specified number of nights. If you cancel your stay during the hotel day, we will not refund the fee for the unused hotel day(s). The Guest's early departure, for reasons beyond the control of the facility owner, does not entitle him to a refund of the amount for the unused service.

§ 9 The person designated to contact the Guest is obliged to reduce the accepted amount by the amount of the previously paid deposit. In order to clarify any ambiguities, please keep and present a copy of the payment made.

§ 10 When handing over the keys, the introducing person provides information about the facility and also provides instructions on the operation of selected electrical devices that constitute the equipment of the apartments and houses. This moment is also an opportunity to get acquainted with the technical and quantitative condition of the apartment, the house and the equipment therein.

§ 11 Failure to submit comments and reservations regarding the technical condition at the time of entering the apartment or cottage is tantamount to the fact that the apartment and cottage were put into use in a condition that did not raise any comments or objections of the Guest.

§ 12 The facility's staff has no right to enter the rented apartment or house without the Guest's consent, much less move his or her personal belongings. The right to enter the rented facility is granted only in the event of noticing threats to the Guests' safety, cleaning or in the event of non-compliance with the apartment regulations.

§ 13 Animals are welcome in Drewniana Róża. The presence of animals in the facility and in the adjacent area is possible only if their guardians take responsibility for the animals - please do not let the animals run free, it is the owners' responsibility to take care of their pets. Arrival with a dog/cat is subject to payment (one-time fee). The arrival of your pet must be reported at the time of booking.

§ 14 Cleaning and replacement of towels in apartments and cottages during the stay at the guests' request

§ 15 Items left by the Guest in the facility, after leaving the facility, will be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address indicated by him. If the Guest fails to indicate the address to which the items left behind are to be sent or if the Guest fails to personally collect these items within 3 days from the date of departure from the facility, the staff will deal with the items in accordance with the provisions on lost or found items.

§ 16 Due to fire protection requirements

Additional information:
Child > 3 years old - PLN 0 sleeping in bed with parents.
Child > 3 years old - PLN 50 one-time fee for a travel cot + bed linen.
Each additional adult (or child > 12 years old) in an apartment or cottage is an additional cost of PLN 150/day with breakfast.
Weekly stays (min. 7 nights) are charged according to the high or low price list, depending on the season.
During all "extended" weekends and on holidays/special occasions, the prices for the "Friday - Sunday" option apply.
During the holidays (01.01-01.03) and vacations (01.06-31.08), only weekly stays (min. 7 nights) apply, the prices for the "Friday - Sunday" option.
For the stay of one adult and one child or one adult and two children - the price per day/apartment/cottage is the same as for the stay of two adults (for each additional child, the fee is according to the children's price list).
The price for an apartment/cottage is not subject to adjustment in the case of only one person staying.

On weekends, we do not offer single-night stays, during the week, a surcharge of PLN 100 per night/apartment/cottage

A list of restaurants is available at the reception.

It is possible to order dinner (ONE DAY IN ADVANCE). Dinner consists of - cold cuts, various types of cheeses, a bouquet of vegetables, side dishes, bread. PLN 40/person; PLN 20/child from 3 to 10 years of age, and children up to 3 years of age free of charge (with parents). You can order a meatless version.

During the holidays and vacations, we invite you for fresh, homemade cake as part of Sweet Wednesday.

Rental of a picnic shelter with a place for a bonfire (with wood, kindling and sausage sticks). One-time cost PLN 50.
Rental of a picnic shelter with a gas grill, one-time cost PLN 50.
Pets are welcome at Drewniana Róża. Please report your arrival. The one-time fee is PLN 50.

We offer free capsules for the coffee machine with breakfast, with the welcome cake and as part of the sweet Wednesday, additional capsules are charged PLN 2/piece.
