In summer it has a green concept and it is all sprinkled with ivy leaves, in autumn the flagella embellish the entire facade with purple, and falling down they create a multi-colored carpet, while in winter the villa shows its true face, i.e. bright yellow walls. Situated in a magical garden, full of flowers, shrubs, perennials and trees, overlooking the orchard, with a meadow and a river behind a fence, it invites townspeople to a rural detox. You will not be completely alone here, because we, the hosts, live in the house next door, but this is not bad. We can always help, light a bonfire in the fruit garden and tell you what's going on in the area. The first look at Reglówka from the outside and you do not expect what you will find inside. Caucasian tapestries, rugs from the Middle East, decorations, wallpapers, knick-knacks, an old window full of books, wooden wardrobes leading to magical lands, hand-woven carpets brought from Azejberjan. This modest lady hides a wealth of antiquarian gems. No wonder, because Darek is a flea market enthusiast, as well as a traveler fascinated by the East. This is where he fell in love with beautiful carpets, which are swarming in both our houses. We give the house to you exclusively. Up to 6-8 people will sleep well in old beds, on comfortable mattresses, and in damask bedding. You can enjoy garden view from all the rooms. On the ground floor you will find: - a living room with a fireplace, a large flat TV, a large double sofa bed, - a fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, salad bowls, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, stove with oven, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, washing machine, bottle of water), - toilet. On the first floor of the house there are: - two bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed and the other has two single beds, - bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition to the beautiful house, 3 ha of land are at your disposal. It is divided into a yard surrounded by a fence and unlimited meadows, an orchard and a forest behind the fence. In the garden next to the house await you: parking, covered terrace with barbecue, coal and all the necessary barbecue equipment, garden furniture, deckchair; playground for children with sandbox, swing, slide, trampoline and 2 hammocks; 2 bikes. In the fruit garden there is a gazebo overlooking the meadow and the surrounding forests, with garden furniture, barbecue, charcoal and all the necessary barbecue equipment and a deckchair; tree house with two mattresses.

We give the house to you exclusively and we do not look into the garages. Eat what you want. You can eat apples, plums and grapes from the garden, go behind the fence and pick mushrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. We have three coffee machines, glasses for the most popular drinks, a large set of good pots, pans (even grill pans), a new set of extra sharp knives, cutlery, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, and even a hand blender. You may be missing a microwave, or maybe not at all. Additionally, in the yard there is a covered terrace with a grill, coal and all the necessary grill equipment and garden furniture. You can eat outside right in front of the house, and you can go a little further. Behind the fence, there is a gazebo with a view of the meadow and the surrounding forests, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Summer extended breakfasts in the meadow are open to you. You have to go to the store to replenish your supplies to Młochów - 3 km from the house. If you do not feel like cooking, we recommend going to the Ojrzanów Palace. There, in beautiful interiors or in the palace park, you can eat tasty, healthy, local and seasonal. It is also worth sinning and tempting yourself with a dessert.

It is a suburban enclave of boredom, where in the morning windows open to the orchard, melts over the air filled with the scent of flowers, goes barefoot into the garden, eats grapes, reads books on a hammock, eats dinners in the meadow, and spends evenings in the gazebo by the grill. When the heat is pouring down from the sky, jump into your bathing suits and go to the edge of the plot. At the end of the road you will be rewarded with a clean, cool, murmuring river Utrata. Between the birch trees you will find a gentle descent to the water, a small private beach, complete silence. This is our favorite place to spend carefree holiday days. You can rest and then relax, then laze, eat something, light a barbecue, go for a walk, look for mushrooms that grow in a private pine and birch forest in the habitat. In the garden next to the house at your disposal is a covered terrace with a barbecue, coal and all the necessary barbecue equipment, garden furniture, a playground for children with a sandbox, swing, slide, trampoline and 2 hammocks. We also have 2 bikes for you, because the area is perfect for cycling. The palace and park complex in Młochów is 2.5 km away. The park is completely revitalized, with winding paths leading between beautiful old trees, around ponds and a fountain. Stay here for a while. See the former orangery, now housing the chapel. st. Michael the Archangel and the parish of the Fathers Michalitów. Two outbuildings, situated symmetrically on both sides of the palace, and a revitalized palace. From here, continue to two Młochowski nature reserves - Młochowski Grąd and Młochowski Łęg. It is easy to get to the reserves by starting your walk from the borders of the palace park. A green trail and an educational path lead through the reserves. In Małachowski Łęg, from the side of Krakowiany, you will find a pond created by damming the waters of the Utrata. Recently, a whole family of beavers has been brought here. Coming back to my own backyard. Just behind the fence, a fruit garden grows, blooms, bears fruit and ripens. There is a gazebo with a view of the meadow and the surrounding forests, with garden furniture, barbecue, charcoal and all necessary barbecue equipment, and a tree house with two mattresses. Maybe you will make a childhood dream come true and spend the night in the tree crown? This is a real firecracker, not only for kids. Our children are bilingual and love to play with guests' children, thanks to which they learn other foreign languages in a natural way, show the kids the area, and the fun goes on by itself. In winter, there is a fireplace, a book and a board game.
