Although it is hard to believe, Masuria has not yet said its last word on the subject of leisure destinations. Now Kasia and Marcin, travellers who know what it takes to relax and what it means to go away with children, have had their moment, preferably indefinitely. Wiser by half a world of experience, they have built two cottages in which boredom is a censored word. Head for the sunny glade and the lake district of Winiec, where you can stay as a couple, but preferably with children, dogs, grandparents and friends.

From here, it is just a stone's throw to a wild beach with a pier, a lake on the Elbląg channel canoeing route, forest bicycle paths, cross-country skiing trails, Masurian ski slopes, snail slime treatment and excellent fried food restaurants. Cottages are waiting for you - one big and one small, and in them a cosy living room with a fireplace for winter evenings, a cool playroom for kids, a terrace for breakfasts in the sun and unlimited access to your favourite Netflix shows, and a special place to regenerate and relax in a renowned sauna and hot tub made of the most ecological material - wood.

If you are looking for a place in the zone of silence and close to nature, where children are not only welcome but can get whatever they dream of, where you can take your four-legged companion (one-off fee) who runs out forever on the lakes and in the woods - this place is just for you.

On a sunny clearing there are four wooden cottages, which are designed for families with children, pets, energetic grandparents and best friends. Modern, minimalist decor will charm every holidaymaker, and cleanliness is so great that not a fly will land. The larger one can accommodate max. 10 people, the smaller one can accommodate a team of 6 people, the cottage with a mezzanine can accommodate 5 people, and the newest cottage is designed for 8 people.

The ground floor cottage with 3 bedrooms is ideal for two families with children or a group of friends (7 people + 1 child). It has a living room with a modern fireplace and a view of the forest and a large dining table for 8 people. In addition, three bedrooms on the ground floor:
- spacious bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,
- triple bedroom with a two-story bed - 140 cm downstairs and 90 cm upstairs
- third bedroom with a 90 cm two-story bed and a pull-out extra bed.
Functional kitchenette with full equipment, comfortable bathroom with shower and additional toilet.

Access to a private tub with jacuzzi and lighting and sauna is additionally payable.

Cottage with mezzanine - year-round, modern cottage with a large terrace, ideal for a family with children or a group of friends (4 people + 1 child). Glass-covered living room with a modern fireplace and a view of the forest. Bedroom on the ground floor for parents with a child and a mezzanine with a double bed or 2 single beds. Functional kitchenette with full equipment and comfortable bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a mini folding desk that can be used for work or study. On the terrace there is a large table with benches and hammocks.

In the cottage you will find: a fan (summer-winter option), washing machine, amenities for small children (highchair, bathtub, potty, toilet mat, safety plugs, dishes for children), 2 deckchairs, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner. In the garden we provide you with a place for a bonfire with benches, a grill, a playground with a sandbox, a trampoline, a zip-line, a badminton net, hammocks. For children, we have prepared a special corner with toys, books and table football, as well as a playroom in a separate house.

A one-story house with 1 bedroom - designed for a maximum of 6 people (including a maximum of 4 adults), and in it:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), a bunk bed for children (2x80x180 cm), a wardrobe, a bedside table,
- a living room with a sofa bed, an armchair, a table for 4 people, a fireplace, a fan, a large built-in wardrobe,
- a fully equipped kitchenette,
- a bathroom with a shower, towels, a baby bathtub, a children's pad,
- a covered terrace with a large table for 6 people, benches, a hammock and sun blinds.
Access to a jacuzzi tub with lighting and sauna is available for an additional fee.

A 3-bedroom cottage on the first floor is designed for a larger group, a large family or a close-knit group of friends and can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor you will find:
- a large living room with a hall, with a sofa, armchair with footstool, TV, extendable table for 10 people, fireplace, fan, large built-in wardrobe,
- a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities,
- a bathroom with a shower, towels and a children's mat,
- a covered terrace with a large table for 8 people, benches, a hammock and sun blinds.
Up the stairs to the attic:
- bedroom number 1 with a double bed, a fold-out armchair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and access to the balcony,
- bedroom number 2 with two single beds that can be converted into two double beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and access to the balcony,
- bedroom number 3 with a double bed, a single bed, 2 chests of drawers, bedside tables,
- bathroom with a small bathtub for children, towels, a potty and a pad for children.

Access to the jacuzzi tub with lighting and sauna is additionally payable.

The cottages are equipped with curtains or pleats on the windows (darkening in the bedroom) and mosquito nets. At your disposal are: washing machines, vacuum cleaner, mop, wood racks for the fireplace (additionally payable), deckchairs, highchairs, socket covers, toys.

Bring your dogs, but let us know in advance.

When renting a cottage/cottages on the plot on one side of the road, we kindly ask you to respect the privacy of the guests on the plot on the other side of the road - this applies to the playroom, sauna and outdoor attractions for children. Access to the swimming pool and electric hot tub located on plots no. 8 and 10 is available for a fee for guests of all cottages.

Make yourself at home and cook as much as you like. In both houses there is a kitchenette equipped to the brim. The evening's enrichment can be a private barbecue and a bonfire, with sausage sticks waiting for every fan to "rustle around the forest" and "field daisy".

In the smaller house and in the house with a mezzanine there is a kitchenette with a dishwasher, induction hob, hot-air oven, fridge, electric kettle, dishes for children, cleaning agents.
The larger house has a decent kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, hot-air oven, large fridge, kettle, dishes for children, cleaning products.

We know the secret of the definition of "good calories". Good calories are those that you don't regret eating a bite of. In other words, it is sin, but it was worth it. We want to recommend such places in the area.

- Miłomłyn Bistro Kanka - real broth, super cucumber salad, pork chops melt on the palate.
- Ślimaka Bistro - all resistance and doubts as to the consumption of snails go away. Try spaghetti with snails, hamburger with snail steak and beef, dumplings with snails, etc.
- Zielony Grąd - Smażalnia Okoń - a mandatory stop on the "seven" on the way to or from the Tri-City. What they do with perch is the world championship.
- Zajazd pod Kłobukiem - kitchen for 5 with a plus. We recommend everything here. Sour rye soup, wild boar roast, heather roast, zander.

We know kids have endless energy, so there's a playground with a sandbox, sand toys, a water track, a trampoline, soccer goals, and plenty of space to run around. For inclement weather, we've prepared an enchanted children's playhouse, packed with so many attractions that you'll be blown away – in short, a true paradise for energetic youngsters. There's a badminton net for everyone, a fire pit with benches, hammocks, and loungers.

Time for the wonderful Masuria region - we offer the opportunity to regenerate and relax in the sauna and in the saunas, made from the most eco-friendly raw material: wood from the renowned manufacturer Vingberg - Scandinavian Wood, as well as in the Kiriami hot tub and the electric Slowtube hot tub. This service is available for an additional fee.

A heated swimming pool with a counter-current system and a cover for inclement weather is available to guests of our four cottages (no. 8, 10, 13, and 15). The pool is closed from October 21st to April 19th. The service includes access to the pool for up to two hours each day.

Winter in Masuria offers plenty of fun, not just lakes, kayaks, and sunbathing. Snowy nature without smog, pure joy, igloo building, sledding, access to cross-country skis and Nordic walking poles, walks to frozen lakes and winter bonfires with mulled wine, sleigh rides and skiing on the surrounding hills, no traffic jams or crowds, and the sound of silence ringing in your ears. And don't worry about getting cold – we have full year-round heating, and you can enjoy a fire in the fireplace for pure pleasure.

We have so many options for you in the summer, you'll simply have to come for a longer stay. Things to see and try include:

Children have it with us like in paradise, after all it is all for them. We have sons ourselves and we know that in order for a parent to be happy and rested, a child must be rushing, busy, swinging, saved and a little tired. Holidays in Masuria provide all of this, plus clean air, adventures on the water, tracking wild animals, fishing with dad and sledging with mum.

The little ones are excited to go out into the yard, then they jump into the sandbox, gather a team for a football match, hide in the cottage which is the best base in the sun, dive in the ball pool and pack their backpacks for longer trips.

In the event of rain, cold and storms, there are two separate playrooms with soft mega blocks, a lot of games, toys and books, a DIY workshop, a kitchen with equipment, a dollhouse, cars, train, puzzles, balls, etc.
