It was no coincidence that our place hugged the Biebrza National Park. The idea was for Biebrza and her daughter Jegrznia to wrap the farm like a warm scarf on a frosty day, and to have a forest, a river, and a lake, and even a handy Red Swamp Reserve at your fingertips. There is nothing here but us. Behind the fence there is only the largest national park in Poland and all its wealth.

So much poetry and now facts. The farmhouse is something like a country hotel and belongs to the larger places at Slowhop. This is why, if you are looking for exceptional peace and quiet - come back long after the season. But in the season it will be bustling here. Most likely your children will find their gang of friends here. We host yoga groups - we have rooms and a yoga room. We are friendly to guests with animals and after so many years we already know that dogs do not read our regulations. It may happen that the smells from the kitchen will be more important than the paragraphs and the guest's dog will look for food in your plate :) The building is wooden, so it smells like wood and sounds like wood. The floor creaks under the pressure of the feet, laughter is heard from the inn, and the kitchen is the sound of pots. Do you have approval for all of this? If so, we bow low and invite you. Any time of the year. For geese in the early spring, for ranches in spring, for cranes and for deer rutting in autumn, and for elks in winter.

We tried to make our house resemble a traditional Podlasie homestead as much as possible. We enjoyed it a lot and our guests enjoy the perfect balance between old and new.

There are 60 beds in Zagroda Kuwasy.
- 25 rooms of the same standard but for a different number of people (if you are a large group and it seems that there are not enough rooms - do not worry and write to us)
rooms for two people with a double bed (also for one person), with two separate beds, large family rooms (3-4 people)
- two two-room studios
- a double room specially adapted to the needs of the disabled.

Most of the rooms on the ground floor have a loggia, some of them have direct access to the garden (recommended for people arriving with dogs).

As standard, the rooms are equipped with a telephone, a large bathroom (with a shower) with a hairdryer, necessary cleaning products and frequently changed towels. There are no TVs in the rooms, which is a conscious action and welcomed by guests with approval.

Guests of Zagroda Kuwasy can use a stylishly decorated inn. This is where you can spend a pleasant evening. This is facilitated by a seating area with armchairs by the fireplace and a diversely stocked bar. You can also use the room with a ping-pong table. In summer, two terraces are at your disposal. In the guesthouse, guests have access to free WiFi internet.

We invite you to work with us! We have very good conditions for remote work. Guests say that the parameters of our network are like in a good office building :)
We have two internet connections: primary and backup. Parameters of our basic, fiber-optic Internet connection:
• Upload 300mb/s
• Download 300mb/s
• Communication with an access point 300mb/s (802.11ac).
• Each access point can support more than 300 devices.
The building is fully covered with Wi-Fi, and it also reaches the garden, which means working on a deckchair is also possible.
The BTS of the PLAY operator is located in our neighborhood. We deal with the limited range of other GSM operators by running Wi-Fi calling on a smartphone. Thanks to this, we can make and receive voice calls as if we were within the BTS range of our network.
Each room has a work table and 4 power sockets for each guest, you can connect a laptop, smartphone, battery charger, e.g. a camera, and a night lamp.
In addition, we have a backup Internet connection based on GSM with the following capacity:
• downloads up to 70mb/s
• upload up to 30mb/s
We offer, if necessary, the possibility of scanning and printing in A4 double-sided color.
We have a permanent contract with the DPD courier company. The courier regularly visits us, it is possible to send parcels.
In the case of remote work involving participation in teleconferences, we recommend using headphones with a microphone. Our router does not block VPN communication.

We try to be authentic. Our favorite cuisine is a kitchen full of delicacies such as dumplings, soups made with natural sourdough and home-made purees. We bake bread ourselves, sauerkraut and do things that cannot be bought in a store for any money. Thinking about guests who care about their figure or require specific diets, we slightly modified our kitchen, trying not to lose its taste. We seem to be able to...

We are radical and principled in only one thing: no flavor enhancers, synthetic spices and preservatives. We work with local farmers and breeders. We limit the use of meat in the kitchen, so vegetarians will find something more than just "pancakes" or "tomato sandwiches" on our tables.

We offer stays with full board. Sometimes it is breakfast and dinner, other times 3 meals - it depends on the plans and needs of guests.

We practice laziness and activity and we have an idea for everything.
- we observe birds and animals in the forest and in the wetlands
- we walk around the neighborhood with a herbalist, we make oils and creams,
- we ride horses around the area,
- we go rafting down the Biebrza River, sometimes also by kayak
- we take the kids to the farm and familiarize them with the animals, especially the goats Balbina, Luna and Lilka
- we walk nonchalantly through the Biebrza swamps
- in winter we go cross-country skiing
- we wonder to ourselves, next door, sitting in a sauna by an icy lake
- we test bicycle routes
- we swim in the lake
- we go on thematic weekends, e.g. with yoga

Zagroda Kuwasy is a great base for trips to the Suwałki region and Wild Masuria. Nearby there are Augustów, Ełk with a lake and a rope park, and Gołdap with Piękna Góra and a ski lift.

The farm is friendly to families and children. Since it is located on the edge of the village and the gravel road adjacent to it is not very well used - it is really safe. For children, we also have:
- 9 hectares for practicing various hectares and rolling on the grass
- home garden with a playground
- home-made, healthy food and any additional pancakes
- pets in our yard (dogs, cats, goats and horses)

We help parents by providing:

At the speed of our Internet, even programmers raise the corner of their mouth in delight. The space on the first floor, separated from the rest, consists of 3 closed rooms, including a large room, where the hosts can arrange an open space for your team consisting of up to 44 people. In the lounge, also known as the Nestor's Chamber, less formal conditions await you - comfortable sofas and armchairs. Some of our guests working remotely choose the dining room, where you can use wooden tables or armchairs by the fireplace. Here, however, we do not take responsibility for perfect silence, unless the guest house is rented exclusively. The rooms have armchairs, desks and low tables. For people suffering from an eternal lack of energy, we would like to inform you that there are at least 4 power sockets (220 V) in each room.

The internet works like a dream, so on warmer days tables and desks can be turned into deckchairs in the garden or furniture on the terrace.
