Stare Polaszki 13 is a landmark that is worth it for a number of reasons. In a small village on the border of Kashubia and Kociewie, away from the hustle and bustle of cities, busy roads, gray buildings or smoke-chimneys, there are red shutters, a mansard roof, a Prussian wall and a lavender courtyard rose. Fresh vegetables in the kitchen and a heart-shaped pond. All this in the company of a rural climate, endless meadows, modern rooms, compote on the veranda and pikes catching the hook.
The main characters of this story are forests, meadows, lakes and the silence. Well, maybe sometimes interrupted. Naturally. Time is somehow secondary, and in the foreground comes extended breakfasts and sumptuous dinners, sun-warmed tomatoes, fragrant gary full of jam, calories hidden in the cheesecake, and then only aging. In Polaszki no one is hungry, repetitions are used. In the season, we pick up vegetables and fruits from our garden and orchard, and from them we enchant salads, compotes, broth for chicken soup with dumplings, home-made apple pie. We stand on the eyelashes to make our dishes prepared with a heart, as with my grandmother, or rather with my grandfather. All admiration should be directed to John.
We have already fulfilled the dream of living in the countryside, now it's time for you. Come.
Stare Polaszki are three beautiful bolted houses blinking at you with their red shutters. At the pond full of pike you will find over 30 beds, a restaurant, two restaurant and conference rooms and a climate veranda, which is recommended for evenings with mulled wine and cold compote. Green areas, endless meadows, orchard and a garden full of vegetables all around.
Make yourself at home in two family rooms - 4 persons and seven persons. Each of them has double beds with the possibility of connection (in two rooms, these four-person rooms are 2-person sofas). In 3 rooms there is a possibility of an extra bed. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower, without a dryer, but with towels.
We put a lot of heart and work to make the rooms carefully finished, had a unique character and individual style. Wood, brick, natural materials and a bit of color, that's what you can expect in Polaszki.
Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, busy roads, numerous buildings and industrial centers. Here, the main heroes are forests, meadows, lakes, ponds and silence interrupted by the sound of trees or the singing of birds. May not seem like much and still be a lot of everything.
Season local foodies - that`s what Old Polaszki smell like. From dawn to dusk, pots boil in soups, vegetables boil, breads grow and cucumbers gnaw, and twisted preparations await a fresh roll. We serve Polish and regional dishes, to which we use organic products from the backyard garden and orchard.
We buy cheese and sour milk in a regional dairy, in honeys in a friendly apiary.
Hunger will go away, and on the plates will land dumplings prepared with heart, slips, goulash and wonderful mushroom soup with dumplings. There will be plenty of homemade bread, homemade sausages, cold cuts, preserves, juices and compotes, and as there are enough places for dessert, a cheesecake with raspberry mousse or apple pie with ice cream will sweeten small and large leave.
You can count on a buffet breakfast and half board (soup, main course, dessert, drinks).
Our garden and orchard are open - each of our guests can pick fruit straight from the tree or bush, and for the willing people we organize the joint preparation of preserves and veggies. We also show how to prepare butter in a traditional way, bake bread or challah.
Boredom is a word that does not appear in our vocabulary. Old Polaszki are ponds, mushrooms, kayaks, bicycles, culinary workshops, lying upside down, and sometimes nothing doing. There is a method in this madness. Sometimes you have to put on a slack and give yourself time for silence in your ears, detachment from the screens, cold compote on a deckchair and all this slow holiday ritual.
For the avid anglers and amateurs starting their spinning adventure, we have a small paradise. Three ponds and rods. In one of them you can catch carp, ropes, roaches, perch or pike. You can give fresh spoils to our chef, who will turn them into fragrant and tasty dishes for lunch or dinner.
The aroma of the forest, the fruits warmed in the sun, the dill that enters the nose, the chives are the aromas that surround the Old Polaszki. Here life goes on in accordance with nature and respect for the seasons. You can count on walking and relaxing surrounded by magnificent nature and unlimited fruit-eating from our orchard, and in the restaurant you will taste dishes from seasonal products from the
Take creams with a filter and launch kayaks. In the near distance flows the most interesting river of Western Pomerania - Wierzyca. It crosses three beautiful lakes and flows through two lands - Kociewie and Kaszuby. Rafts on Wierzyca will surely provide relaxation, tanning, some interesting ornithological specimens and calories burned.

Children like trips for the same reasons as adults. Children relax from routine, breathe in fresh air, enjoy movement and forget about duties. That is how it should be. We took care of dispelling boredom from children's heads and providing them with rural pastimes. In anticipation of the dessert, small, medium and large drusen stand on their hands, make stars in the garden, play kites, play football and play ganiany. After the cheesecake, it's time to dress up in a play corner, creative classes with an animator, and in the evening, a fairy tale movie show. During the rain, the kids spread their boards, read books, jump into puddles and listen to the frogs at the pond. There is no bad weather for a holiday in the countryside.
