Willa Odkrywców awaits with the flavours of Lower Silesian vineyards, closed in bottles in an atmospheric bar, food prepared with products that are not in a hurry to go anywhere, a view of the mountains and people waiting to welcome each guest.
Willa Odkrywców is something for lovers of hotel comforts and the passion of the hosts, which is provided by the atmospheric agritourism. We try to combine all of this in a modern building at the foot of Szrenica and serve it with homely warmth, as if it were good Carmenere for a homemade dinner. We invite all explorers because we have even more surprises in store...
Willa Odkrywców proves that even from the facility of the Workers' Holiday Fund you can create something atmospheric. We are not an agritourism or a family guesthouse, but as an intimate hotel we focus on comfort and we add our soul to it. So you can count on amenities such as cosmetics in the bathroom, towels and really comfortable beds, a restaurant and a bar with drinks, but also personal contact, the passion of the owners and the magical charm of this place.
The rooms are modern, minimalist, without unnecessary words and knick-knacks, but if someone comes closer - you can see our passion for wine. Each room is named after a different strain. In Chardonnay there are golden curtains like the color of this wine, but if someone is close to red wine passion - we suggest Malbec or Cabernet.
In Willa Odkrywców there are double rooms, family rooms 2 + 2 and two spacious studios, consisting of two rooms.
Food is one of the meanings of our lives. Right next to wine and mountains. That's why we don't play with the kitchen. We serve our guests only fresh, unprocessed and seasonal products from sources known to us. Nobody here rushes the cooks, and certainly not the products. Tomatoes grow at their own pace, chefs cook accordingly slowly, and the level of stress hormone drops noticeably. Our chefs are sensitive to the smallest suggestions of our guests. They are as vigilant as dragonflies and know what not to eat with - gluten, meat and lactose. They respect every departure from the Western diet, understand the meaning of groats and vegetables and know how to approach vegans.
First, there is a huge breakfast, which we show off a bit and throw it up in the morning. Then a three-course dinner - with which we suggest wine.
That's right - wine. Our specialty and pride. We can talk about it for hours! We will choose the right strain for the type of meal with as much joy as if it came from our vineyard. And in a moment, in a moment, we will treat you to wine from our vineyard - Discoverers' Vineyard ;-)
The Willa Odkrywców hotel is perfectly located - right next to the chairlift to Szrenica. This gives you incredible comfort in winter, because you can leave the hotel with your skis over your shoulder and your boots on. It takes no more than 5 minutes. We also have a Ski School, which is mainly used by guests who come with their children.
In summer, the incredible proximity of tourist trails is revealed, running in every direction and reaching every corner of the Karkonosze National Park. Peace and quiet, an above-average shade of green - a guarantee of a successful holiday. We love not only lovers of wine, skiing and good food (including vegetarians), but also cyclists. We have prepared special places where you can store your bike.
There is a summer terrace at guests' disposal. It looks great with wine in hand or an afternoon cake. You can also relax in the sauna, use Wi-Fi for free, and rent Nordic walking poles, tourist GPS receivers and radios for free. For our youngest guests, we have prepared a play corner with numerous games, toys, LEGO bricks and a PS4 console. The hotel offers filtered water to our guests from a distributor (on the ground floor).
We also have something that no one expects here. Something not found anywhere else are wines from Lower Silesian vineyards. Cooperation with the Jakubów Vineyard, the Trzebnickie Hills Vineyard or the Świdnicka Vineyard opens the door to a Narnia where you can admire the taste and aroma of light and dark grapes extracted from Lower Silesia. Anyone who doubts Polish wines should definitely visit our wine bar.
At our guests' request, we organize trips to visit vineyards... combined with tasting. Our guests can visit any of the vineyards we cooperate with. Upon request, we also organize meetings - tastings with Lower Silesian winemakers in our hotel.
What’s there for children?
In our hotel, children are not bored. There is a cozy play corner with board games, toys and Lego blocks.
For slightly older children, we have prepared a PS4 console with a large screen, along with a high-quality sound system.
Parents with small children can use travel cots with a comfortable mattress and bedding, as well as bath tubs. Chairs for feeding with children's tableware will facilitate everyday meals. The restaurant also prepares children's dishes, which will surely appeal to fussy eaters.
What’s there for employees?
In our intimate hotel, in addition to individual workation trips, you can also organize a conference or a company trip. On level -1 there is a conference room with six large tables, chairs and the necessary multimedia equipment. The ground floor is a restaurant and cafe area, where you will find 4 tables separated by high seats and a lounge area with large comfortable sofas and coffee tables. On level 1 you can use the terrace with tables and chairs. In addition, each room has a desk with a long top or a round work table. During the season (summer, winter, autumn) we have more guests, including guests from outside, coming to the restaurant, which is why silence in common spaces may not be ensured then.
