Quick check

First there was a door. The front door to my family house, made before
war by some Mazur. Shabby, with flaky azure paint and three small lenses. I loved them. When my parents exchanged them for new ones several years ago, I promised myself that one day I would build a house for them. The door was waiting, and there was a house. Or rather a cottage, modeled on old Masurian arcaded houses. Made of fired logs joined in a dovetail, with a hundred-year-old Masurian tile and, of course, a turquoise door. It was designed by a friend of the architect and named the project Brutka, which is the Masurian `` bride '', probably from the German Braut. So we decorated it with dignity, as befits a bride. We dressed in natural materials, paintings by Polish artists, books and a lot of heart.

We invite you behind the azure door. Here, in front of the village beach on Lake Inulec, is our Chrosiówka, which is almost a hectare of yard and two houses. We live in the first one and we run a cozy agritourism in the attic, while in the second one you rule. An almost 100-meter wooden house is waiting for you. Real food and cordiality await you. In winter, warmth and books, in summer, the beach and sparks above the fire. Come on over. We are not going anywhere yet.

We speak these languages: Polish, English

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help

We - Asia called Chrosia, a lover of mathematics, books and mountain hiking, and Wojtek - a guy who prefers to do something rather than talk. You will meet us in Zełwęgi on Lake Inulec, where we built our Chrosiówka. We are from here, we feel very connected to our part of Masuria. We derive joy from a simple life and good relationships with people. Our story is very normal, there is no drama like in a good novel or magic like in a fairy tale. We bake sourdough rye bread, make cheese and brew beer. We like to go out into the forest on bikes for coffee, stare at the fire or lie in a hammock with a good book. We'll be happy to share it all with you. Come.

  • We do not accept groups for integration trips

How do I get there?

Car

  • Our address: Zełwągi 43 CA, Zełwągi, Masuria Region, Poland

  • The easiest way to get to Zełwągi is by DK16. In Zełwągi, turn off the main road to Bobrówko and take the first road on the right. After about 500m, you will see our Chrosiówka on the left (and a large sign with the name). Note! The house numbers are not in order, so don't worry that after 43b there is 43e. We are a bit further :) We have one place to charge an electric car, which is located in the parking lot. We provide single-phase voltage of 230V powered by alternating current (AC) and three-phase voltage of 400V powered by alternating current (AC). For the full comfort of our guests, we provide a type 2 charging plug. The price for charging is fixed and amounts to PLN 1 per kWh.

Public transportation

  • Nearest stops

If there is no direct bus to Zełwągi, we can pick you up from a further bus stop (Mrągowo, Mikołajki) for the price of fuel. Let us know in advance.

We can pick you up from a further stop (Mrągowo, Ruciane-Nida) for the price of fuel. Let us know in advance.

Other rules

  • If you want to organize a loud party (whether it's an integration or a hen party), we encourage you to choose another place. Our place is in the village, we have neighbors and everyone around us makes sure it's rural, idyllic and... peaceful. If you're looking for a place for a quiet birthday or New Year's Eve, go ahead, our cottage will be perfect :)

As for the dog's stay - we rather accept older dogs that don't bite objects and furniture. We ask that the dog does not sleep in beds and is not left alone when you go somewhere, e.g. for food. We also ask that you bring a bed for your pet :) We also have our own dog - a mongrel Tofik, who lives with us but sometimes runs loose. Our area is large, almost a hectare of yard and is fenced, but be careful, the fence is not tight (part mesh, part fence, and part farm fence), usually the entrance gate to the property is also open.

In addition to the Cottage, we rent 3 rooms in the house where we live. A few dozen meters away from the Cottage (you will find it under the name Agroturystyka Chrosiówka). The parking lot and the area around the Cottage are exclusively for you, but you will share the playground and the bonfire with the guests of our small agro.

We are an agrotourism, so we issue an invoice (invoice without VAT) on request. We can issue an invoice for both an individual and a company, but in the content we will always include the accommodation service for recreational purposes.

Przepięknie położona i super wyposażona chata, wspaniali gospodarze, zawsze pomocni, wkładający w to miejsce całe serce. Wyjeżdżałyśmy z wielkim żalem, bo najchętniej zaległybyśmy w Chorsiówce na długie jesienne tygodnie!

Chrosiówka jest poprostu cudna!! Dom piękny i wygodny, okolica cicha i spokojna, choć pszczoły i inne bzyki dają wcale nie cichy koncert na bajecznym tarasie... a Gospodarze bardzo sympatyczni i gościnni!! Asia piecze rewelacyjny chleb, a Wojtek robi pyszne sery i waży świetne piwo... Stanowczo polecam to miejsce!! My chętnie wrócimy :)
