Opening an account, using the website, and interacting with other users are free.

Organizer profile and booking fees (effective from Jan 1, 2026)

Upon approval by the site administrators and enabling the publication of the organizer's profile and offers, the following fees apply:

1) For Accommodations (outside of Poland):

Standard Commission: A commission of 12% net is charged for bookings made directly through the portal.

Referral Commission: A commission of 2% net is charged for bookings made via the portal after redirection from the host's own website/link.

Reduced Commission Opportunity: A lower commission (10% net) is available upon approval and fulfillment of the terms of one of our packages. We encourage you to review the terms of the "ONLY ON SLOWHOP" package [at this address]. To apply, select the aforementioned package after logging into the service and inform the administrator. Please note that you may opt out of a previously selected package at any time.

Refund Policy: Booking commissions are refundable if the customer cancels the Service and the Provider issues a full refund of the prepayment. In all other cases, the commission is non-refundable. Note: Commissions include processing fees for online payments made via the Slowhop system.

2) For Restaurants (restaurants, cafes, bars): annual fee: 150 EUR net.

3) For Local Attractions (galleries, workshop organizers, massages, yoga, local guides, artists): annual Fee: 75 EUR net.

4) For Event Venues (wedding venues, party and corporate integration organizers): annual Fee: 250 EUR net.

Note: In specific cases, the service may propose individual terms of cooperation.

Organizer profile and booking fee (from 1.1.2024 till 31.12.2025)

Standard profile

After the acceptance by the administrators of the service and enabling the publication of the organizer's profile and his/her offers, we charge: 

For accommodation places: annual fee of 0 Euro net (for each separate place). As part of the fee we create an organizer's offer and a professional text and publish the offer on our Facebook and Instagram profile.

For reservations made through the portal, we charge a commission of 12% net.

For reservations made through the link for Organizer's website or social media we charge a commission of 2% net.

Booking commissions are refundable if the Client cancels the Service and the Service Provider returns the entire prepayment to the Client. In other cases, the commission is not refundable.

In individual cases, the service can offer individual terms of cooperation.

Basic profile

After the acceptance by the administrators of the service and before enabling the publication of the organizer's profile, we charge: 

Annual fee of 139 Euro net (for each separate place). As part of the fee we create a basic organizer's profile and a professional text. Reservations are not made through the portal.

In individual cases, the service can offer individual terms of cooperation.

Organizer profile and booking fee (from 1. 6. 2021 till 31. 12. 2023)

After the acceptance by the administrators of the service and enabling the publication of the organizer's profile and his/her offers, we charge:

1) For accommodation places: annual fee of 0 Euro net (for each separate place). As part of the fee we create an organizer's offer and a professional text. 

For reservations made through the portal, we charge a commission of 12% net.

2) For organizers of trips, workshops: one-time fee of 100 Euro net for the publication of the first offer and 45 Euro net for the publication of subsequent offers. The fee includes creating a trip offer and professional text. 

For reservations made through the portal we charge a commission of 4% net.

3) For wedding venues: an annual fee of 215 Euro net, or a monthly fee of 30 Euro net. As part of the fee we create an organizer's offer, professional text and publish the offer on our Facebook and Instagram profile as well as in our newsletter.

Booking commissions are refundable if the Client cancels the Service and the Service Provider returns the entire prepayment to the Client. In other cases, the commission is not refundable.

In individual cases, the service can offer individual terms of cooperation.
