In June 1823, the municipal bathing facility was officially opened and Sopot was born as a resort. The major surgeon of Napoleon's troops - Jean Georg Haffner - played a lot in this. If you have been to Sopot at least once, you surely remember the hotel and the street named after him. 200 years ago, Jean George moved to Sopot (after French troops left Gdańsk), leased two Magdeburg morgas on the sea shore and built bathrooms. The following year he built the Spa House, established a park and built the first pier. It was 31.5 m long.
200 years later, I invite you to a pier that is over half a kilometer long and to a house with Hamptons-style interiors, from which you will be 800 meters away and half of that distance to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for children and teenagers), a pastel living room with a fireplace and a guitar, and a quiet garden with a terrace. Everything you need for a seaside holiday in a city that always has something interesting to offer. Come enjoy its bustling atmosphere in summer and the peace and quiet of early spring, autumn and winter. Breathe in iodine, walk along the paths made by Haffner and see historic villas. I cordially invite you.
The house in Sopot Dolny will delight you with an atmospheric interior in a seaside style, a quiet garden and the proximity of the beach, which is 400 meters away.
It has 120 m² and 3 bedrooms upstairs (two with double beds and one with bunk beds and 140 cm wide mattresses). There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The ground floor consists of: a spacious living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a utility room (where there is a washing machine). A family or friend group of 8 people (including up to six adults and two children under 15) will rest here.
In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture, and in the garden - a fireplace and a grill. There are also three bicycles at your disposal.
You cook here yourself, but following the principle that breakfast is the most important meal of the day - I can organize it for you. The form is less typical than breakfast baskets, because I invite you to the restaurant. There are two friends - one is located on the beach (400 m from us), the other a bit further - at the train station (approx. 1 km). For both, there is a discount on daily breakfast (served from 9 to 12:00).
A house with a seaside atmosphere is located in Sopot Dolny. People come here for the unique atmosphere of the 200-year-old resort (2023 is the 200th anniversary of the establishment of the Sopot resort), sunsets on the pier or on the beach, walks along the trail of tenement houses and villas, and meetings with art and culture. You don't come here by accident, and although it can be crowded in high season, you can be enchanted by Sopot and get lost in Sopot. Off-season Sopot is calm and mysterious. It is worth coming here at any time and experiencing the different faces of the city.
The house with a private garden will give you a secluded shelter and will be a great base for exploring the secrets of the city and trips to the beaches. On site, I have 3 bicycles for you to explore the area. In the garden, there is a terrace with a table and chairs (and an umbrella) for feasting and sitting with a book. And in the interior there are sweeteners in the form of a fireplace and a guitar.

What’s there for children?
For children (and teenagers) there is a room with built-in bunk beds. It is not only a comfortable place to sleep, but also a base, a pirate ship and a tower in the game of knights and princesses. There are also toys for the youngest - wooden blocks, books and board games.
