Dom w Przepitkach

Our habitat consists of two houses - one large, the other smaller, which, together with a barn, terraces, a gazebo, a woodshed, an orchard and a circular green courtyard in the center, retain the classic atmosphere of traditional farms. Our entire family group has been renovating and expanding the habitat and its individual parts since 2006 to this day, thanks to which the House in Przepitki is a joint work integrated with the beautiful, wild nature around and at the same time unpretentious and very comfortable in an urban way. The habitat can accommodate 13 people comfortably, up to 14. In the main, larger house, guests can expect: • huge living room of 85 sq m (almost 5 m high) with a fireplace, a large sofa, comfortable armchairs and a mini library, no TV • fully equipped kitchen* with a large marble countertop for preparing meals and a family table that can seat up to 14 people • 4 bedrooms (plan in the photo gallery): - bedroom no. 1: bed 160 cm wide + children's bed 90 cm + private bathroom with bathtub - bedroom no. 2: bed 160 cm. small, warm and cozy to sleep in - bedroom no. 3: bed 160 cm. + 120 cm. + large windows + goat (the room is walkable and heated by a goat) - bedroom no. 4: 90 cm beds. x 2 • two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and an entrance from bedroom no. 1 and the second house with a shower in the middle • Wireless internet • the terrace next to the house is currently being replaced, while the second one next to the barn is available • a glass bedroom (we come back here:) which allows you to enjoy nature in any weather • equipment: dishwasher, oven, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine with dryer, iron In the smaller house guests can expect: • large double bed 160 cm. • a comfortable, fold-out sofa with sleeping space for two people • Jotul goat with firewood (we heat the house with it) • WiFi and table • comfortably equipped kitchen • bathroom with shower In the garden and outdoor common areas guests can expect: • a phenomenal barn with a terrace and a stone garden, a place to sit, lounge and be outdoors when it rains. The whole thing is illuminated by a long winding string of hanging lamps. • 2 fireplaces We spend time together in the living room by the fireplace with a book or a large family table, or - enjoying the weather - on the wooden terrace, at the table, with an amazing view of meadows, forests and all the wonderful goodness that nature gives us. We also own an orchard, where our guests can not only, but even have to, wander around as much as they can and as much as they can imagine! Our gardens are a treasure trove of nature's gifts that we share with you: apples, pears, plums, nuts, blackberries, grapes - all of them are waiting to be caught and munched. In the forests, you know... mushrooms and wild animals!

You cook yourself or order dishes (group transport). Everything you want!
