In the historic, wooden villa "Bajka", built in 1926 by General Edward Schubert, hidden among the trees, with a beautiful garden. Due to the virus, until further notice, we only rent 2 rooms with bathrooms. You can choose from: - two double rooms with attached bathrooms, - one triple room also with a private bathroom, - a well-equipped kitchenette but without a stove, a dining room with a turntable and many albums about art (but not only, because there is also something for lovers of good literature) and an amazing view of Babia Góra. Each room has an exit to the balcony. The minimally furnished rooms with our paintings have a table and chairs, bedside tables and additional luggage shelves. We are against televisions, so you will not find them with us. On the other hand, the wi-fi flashes like a mountain. The "Solarium" double room is the former room of general Schubert. The name of the room is related to the title of the painting, which is an element of the decor. A room with a double bed has an exit to the terrace on the south side. The double room "Art. Food" is a former general's room. Its current name is also associated with the title of the work hanging inside. The room has two single beds and an exit to the terrace on the south side. The "Barrel" triple room, named after the semicircular shape of the ceiling, which was the result of the low roof made in the 1920s-30s. Currently, the room may not look like the title "barrel" anymore, but it is the most spacious. The room has one double bed and one single bed. The exit to a separate balcony is on the south-east side. Take into account that our dogs Petunia and Marian, although they are not allowed in the visitors' section, are equal members of the household and accompany us all the time. This can be a problem for people who do not love pets or would like to take their pets with them, because, unfortunately, ours do not tolerate competition in their area. Remember that due to the high location of the building, it is not a place adapted for people with disabilities and health problems.

We love celebrating meals and spending time at the table eating and talking. Therefore, we have created a kitchenette for our guests, where you can prepare yourself, if you do not use our offer, breakfast or dinner, please remember, however, that there is no kitchenette in the annex, but you can use it in our kitchen. At your disposal is also a dining room surrounded by windows with a beautiful view of the mountains and picturesque roofs of the town, which you can admire while eating. You can order breakfast and accept it with the benefit of the inventory closest to us - 100% veg. It is additionally payable PLN 35 per person. If you want to prepare breakfast or dinner yourself, we must recommend you the family bakery Siwek, where after 7.00 p.m. you can buy warm and fragrant bread and other specialties. If you want to eat something outside, we have some suggestions for you from the area: 1. On our Zamkowa Street, there is the Arka Cafe, which is just like taken out of Italian movies. Try delicious coffee, amazing sweets and delicious dumplings. Picturesque grapevines twist here, matching the cool lemonade, cheesecake and raspberry cloud. In winter, we recommend a fireplace. 2. A little lower, but still in the neighborhood, there is the Verona restaurant with a very good pizza and the Modrzewiówka Hotel with a restaurant for more demanding guests. 3. There are also three atmospheric cafes on the market square: Cafe Pensjonat, Błękitka Kawiarenka and Czarna Owca, where you can also have a snack in addition to coffee. 4. A short distance from the market square, our friends run a Lancburger with really delicious burgers, salads and homemade cakes. Besides, the shops in the town are well-stocked and open until late in the evening.

If it's boring to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and admire the beautiful view or play games and talk all night, yes - it will be incredibly boring. You will spend a lot of time in the living room, because there you eat meals with other guests, but also listen to music from the gramophone, read books and drink coffee. - Evenings are the best time to relax on the terrace. There are only attractions here: fireflies in June, starry skies, Billie Holiday, Alibabki and .. Mozart. - Recently, you can play pétanque in our garden. It is true that there is no litter, only green grass, but it is fine. Tested, it's fun. - In the vicinity of Lanckorona, you can constantly wander through small streets, or go on trips to the mountains or nearby towns or even Krakow, which is "a stone's throw". Right above our villa you can see the ruins of the Lanckorona castle, built during the reign of Casimir the Great, and 10 km from Lanckorona there is a picturesque Świnna Poręba reservoir, where you can swim or go on a picnic. - Often in the streets of Lanckorona you can meet art school students who try their hand at the outdoors, and the open air is really unusual. - It is also worth visiting the ceramics studio of Asia and Piotr Piaskowski and Galeria Ewa and Jacek Budzowski - the owners of the Ark. - Lanckorona is distinguished by its sloping market square, which is the heart of the city. Around it there are beautiful, old, wooden arcaded houses, sometimes whitewashed and sometimes painted in shades of blue. It is worth seeing, taking photos and shipping around the world. - Lanckorona, although it is only a small town, a lot is happening here: in June there is a Midsummer Fair, in July something for motoring fans - Rally of Historic Vehicles and guitar and poetry workshops, in August Lanckorona Summer Romantic Festival, and in winter, in December, the Festival of Angels. - In the summer, in Galeria Czarna Owca and in the Chillout Zone at ul. Targowa, you can visit an open-air cinema.
