Przy Puszczy 

An hour and a half away from the capital, you will find a spacious house surrounded by greenery, whose neighbors are a forest and the Narew River. In its 150-meter interior, an 8-person team eager for distance, breath and nature will find: – a cozy living room with a huge sofa and large windows overlooking the greenery, partially connected to the kitchen, – terrace with a table constituting an extension of the living room, – four bedrooms with double beds – two bathrooms – a larger one on the ground floor and a smaller one on the first floor, – a locked room with a desk for remote work. Two large bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two smaller ones with sloping ceilings are on the first floor. Each room has a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. We also have for you: – projector and screen, – gramophone and record collection, – two coffee machines, – hammock among the trees, – barbecue on the terrace and a place for a bonfire, –selection of books and board games, – a gate to the forest. The plot is large (two hectares) and fenced - your dogs will feel good here. We created our house with peaceful relaxation in mind, close to nature. Please do not organize loud events there.

You will stay near the forest, but you will not be far from the nearest shop and the local market. There is a market in Różan every Friday (from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.), where you can buy vegetables, fruits and specialties. About 3 km from the house there is a market square with small shops, but there are also larger ones there. The forest is full of mushrooms and berries, and on the terrace there is a large table for feasting. We also have a barbecue and a bonfire place for you. Our previous guests suggest: you can have picnics in the garden here and lie down on blankets with delicacies.

We were passing by by accident and came across this house. It became our space to escape from the city, a place for intimate celebrations with friends, a place to reset our heads with our favorite music, an atmospheric movie and in a green garden. It is also a guest house, because from the very beginning we knew that we wanted to welcome guests here and share what we feel here - good energy, homely coziness, aesthetic interiors and the location right next to a magical forest where you rarely meet another human being. We practice naps here, recharge our batteries with contact with nature and give ourselves time to rest. The following are waiting for you at the Forest: – a garden for barefoot walks and blankets, – comfortable sofas – inside and outside, and a hammock for reading books or listening to podcasts, – a fireplace that brings warmth and creates an atmosphere, – terrace table made of solid wood for feasting and playing board games, – evening movie screenings (we have a screen and projector), – the pleasure of listening to music from gramophone records (we have speakers, a gramophone and a collection of records), – terrace with a view of the garden and sunsets, – forest walks, because the gate to the forest is at your fingertips. River You will be a 10-minute walk from the river. This is a place where the Narew is wide and the current is fast, not for swimming, but for sitting on the bank. There is a kayak rental 10 minutes' drive from the house. Beach A quarter of an hour's drive from the house there is a swimming pool in the place of a former gravel pit. There is a beach and pedal boat rentals. Bicycles If you can, take two wheels with you. There are plenty of routes in the area, and we are happy to share our ready-made suggestions for bicycle trips. There are empty roads, forest paths and great gravel tracks. Forest We have a gate to the forest, and walks in it are an ideal stress-relieving therapy. Foraging enthusiasts will not be disappointed - the forest is full of mushrooms during the season. Forest paths are perfect for family trekking, aimless wandering and cross-country skiing in winter. Our dog Brokat tested the space with other dogs in mind and strongly recommends it, so don't hesitate to come with your canine friends.
