Szara Sowa is a base for cyclists who do not shy away from hills. An amazing space for canoeists who are not afraid of three lakes, connected by the Amazonian Łaźna Struga. A paradise for those who like to swim in the lake before breakfast, and for runners who want to run with a smile. Foodies, who eagerly wait for culinary highlights of the hosts in the morning. The old house remembered a lot, but could bear little more. We took care of him, recovering everything that could be recovered. Spacious rooms and apartments await our guests, which we have not stripped of their identity, but have breathed a young spirit into them.

Szara Sowa invites you to breakfast prepared by yourself using fresh local products. There are always yoghurts on the table, homemade muesli, fruit, our homemade jam and preserves, honey from a nearby apiary, cow and goat cheeses from a neighboring village ... and so on. At 9 o'clock we invite you to our breakfast buffet. Everyone will find something for themselves, we take into account diets, allergies, etc. just report it. Guests sit wherever they like: in the dining room, on the terrace overlooking the lake. Delicious home-cooked dinners are within the reach of a short bike trip, or if you prefer a longer walk, there is a small family-run restaurant that invites lovers of fresh fish from Masurian lakes in the season, as well as lovers of regional cuisine. If you are Masurian Explorers, we will suggest further, but our favorite, proven places where the cuisine will not disappoint you.
The Ełk Lakeland has avoided the fate of the more popular parts of Masuria and still enjoys peace and quiet. We hope that this state of affairs will continue for a long time and we will be able to freely:

The views are priceless and the roads are not well used. It's not easy - our hills can give you a hard time, and the roads in the villages we pass are still covered with cobblestones ...
- Lakes: handy Ułówki, the lower Łaśmiady and Lake Rekąty are available
- Canoeing: rafting on Łaźna Struga is an adventure. You pass bridges and other lakes
- Windsurfing: if you have your own equipment, it is worth trying it on Lake Łaśmiady
- Horseback riding: we can give you many addresses, including those with a covered hall against bad weather
- Rope park in Ełk - you can get really tired
- Jazz Club in Ełk - intimate jazz concerts with the biggest stars of this scene
- Lots to see: bridges in Stańczyki, the mysterious pyramid in Ropa, Republika Ściborek in Ściborki and dog sleds.
