The house by the lake in Tomaszków is intended for a group of 9 people. On the ground floor there is a fully glazed living room with a fireplace, access to a 100-meter terrace, a kitchen with a dining room, a toilet, a garage and a carport. Next to the terrace there is a year-round jacuzzi with hot water, bubbles, color therapy and 4 built-in speakers. There is an outdoor sauna right next to the lake. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, including one with a free-standing bathtub overlooking the lake, two bathrooms and a laundry room. If you want a bed for your baby, let us know. Ławka i Sielawka has all possible amenities - it is over 200 m2, it is air-conditioned, an atmospheric fireplace will brighten up even the cloudiest evening, and the mentioned bathtub with a view of the lake will relax you like the best spa treatment. You can wash and iron your clothes here, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment - including a wine fridge that you can take to the pier. There is also a picnic blanket, deckchairs for adults and children, and for your safety - lifebuoys. Sometimes you can complain about the lack of reception - the house is made of concrete and it is weak inside, but there is Starlink wifi so you can talk via instant messaging. Outdoor coverage is good.

In the kitchen you cook yourself, so it has absolutely everything a cook needs to prepare even the most sophisticated meals.  In the shop in Tomaszkowo you will find all the rarities needed to organize a varied barbecue. The ladies season the bacon and pork neck themselves every day, you can get sausage and black pudding from local butchers, cheese and vegetables for the grill. In the living room there is a fridge with wines and prosecco selected by our sommelier friend - Tomek Sielczak. The wine price list is on the spot, so you take the wine you want at the moment, and leave the money at the end of your stay. Every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday in Olsztyn there is a market where you can get many specialties from local producers. On Saturdays in Tomaszkowo there is a small market in Hala Kupiec, where you will find many delicacies. We will also advise you where to buy fresh or smoked fish and we leave at your disposal a BroillKing gas grill on which you will prepare all the dishes.

There's no way to get bored here... unless you feel like it. Our house is located right on the lake Świętajno (Naterski), where our electric catamaran Coco is moored. It can accommodate up to 5 people, you can sail out to the middle of the lake and admire the sunset. Cool autumn and winter evenings will be made more pleasant by staying in an outdoor sauna with a beautiful view of the lake or bathing in a jacuzzi with bubbles. Right next to us (500 m) there is the Mazury Golf & golf course. Country Club and tennis court. Golfers probably don't need any recommendation, amateurs can go and try their hand at the driving range. There are also several horse farms in the area. If you take your bikes, there are plenty of cycling routes leading around the lakes. If you dream of having a drink in the city, we are only 8 km from Olsztyn. At the nearby Krzywy Lake, you can rent a motorboat, a jet ski, or eat at the Tiffi restaurant with a terrace on the water. Hedonists will visit the Marina hotel in Sile and take advantage of the offer of relaxing Thai massages. In summer and autumn you can go mushroom picking in the nearby forests - we provide a mushroom dryer. Anglers can catch fish themselves and eat it deliciously after preparing it on the grill or in the kitchen.
