In a place which can’t be reached by a main road, one that’s not so well known, on a hill surrounded by fields, there is a marvellous linden tree.

There is a house next to the village of Lipa. We made sure it was a bit like home, though away from home. There is a kitchen with an old cupboard full of cups with blue flowers, usually a busy dining room, a comfortable living room for hanging out or sleeping, and a bathroom with a washing machine for those who will stay with us for longer. In the attic, there is a sleeping space with 8 beds with the option of catching some shuteye at all times.

And then it’s time to go out into the field or “na pole”. Here you’ll find everything nature has to offer and plenty of entertainment because you can hang out freely, make a bonfire or throw a garden party in the barn at the top of the hill. And if you’d like to visit the city, Kraków is 45 minutes away by car and you can walk around the centre, visit the mine in Wieliczka or Bochnia or hike the beautiful trails of the Beskid Wyspowy. However, if you prefer not to move an inch, you can admire the peaks of the Beskids right from the yard.

We have 8 beds for you in an open space in the attic. In the downstairs living room there is also a comfortable double convertible sofa.

There is a comfortable bathroom with a chest of drawers saved from oblivion, a shower and a washing machine, for those with kids or for those who stay longer. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with soul and a round table for debating and unhurried meals.

We have a house in the Beskid Wyspowy so it is homely, modest, it smells of wood and food. In the summer it's a fire, in the fall a cauldron full of cabbage and other delicacies, in winter, snow creaks under the shoes and sneaks up to the windows. Who likes to clear snow, please come on board!

You can drive to the house from the north directly by car, you can park there. The south side has a brick terrace from the living room side and a wooden terrace from the kitchen side with a view of the surroundings and in a place sheltered from the wind. There will be a place for possessions, liqueur evenings, a bonfire to heaven and breakfasts on the grass.

There is also a barn at your disposal, where you can arrange a place for a meeting, celebration, holiday or party due to inclement weather. With a view that hoho.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and induction hob and really everything you need for every stay. We also have beautiful tableware from Bolesławiec, which we ask you to look after as a national good. There is a round table for dining together and plenty of outdoor space for picnics.

The nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away. For those who are less willing to cook, we invite you to local restaurants, approx. 5 km from Cudna Lipa.

Let's be honest, here you come to do absolutely nothing. You take a group of the best people, homemade liquors, books, board games and you don't look at your watch. This is how you have to live. Take a nap on a deckchair, walk behind the house in Riga, eat potatoes from the fire for lunch, and watch for falling stars for dinner.

The Beskid Wyspowy are routes for children and adults, on foot and on bicycles. In summer, you can soak your feet in the nearby river or Zalew Łapanowski. There, too (and not only), you can go fishing.

In addition, the Castle in Wiśnicz, the Lesser Poland Wooden Architecture Trail, the Papal Trail and a few more local surprises.

You can reach Wieliczka or Bochnia in 30 minutes and in hours that will allow you to avoid the crowds. But you can also hang out in a hammock all day long with your head in the clouds.

This place is primarily for kids. There you can yell, fly kites, chase in the meadow, sleep in the open sky or in a shed and venture into the forest. We do not give the Internet, there is no TV and it is best to turn off the phone and leave the computer at home. Let the children be children, truly country-like.
