Hi, my name is Kasia and you will probably think it's trivial when I say that I always wanted to step out of town. But this is the truest truth - I am suffocating in the city, I miss greenery, forest and animals. Fortunately, my husband Jurek shares this "rural passion" and the boundless love for Greyhounds of whom we have four. We have never regretted the decision to live in a log house in the middle of the forest. Our only regret was that we had taken it so late. Now, apart from each other, a house, a clearing, a herd of greyhounds, two unruly cats and a garden, we also have a small guest house called "Czekanówka", to which we cordially invite you. The name of our habitat was created in honor of our first borzoi - Ruta. And "Czekanówka", in turn, is a tribute to the proud, long-haired Czekan. It is obvious now that greyhounds are the navel of my world - I admire everything about them: wet noses, non-obvious beauty, graceful movements and a complicated nature that harmoniously fills these slender dogs. Let me cut my head that they will want to go for a walk with you or ask for something good - be strong and do not yield to dog's requests. Even though I am an amateur photographer (after animal science), I will offer you a master apple pie, the recipe of which has been passed down in my family for many generations, and which is famous not only in the area. Come to us, because you can rest here, rest, calm down. You can see the sky full of stars, deer grazing in phacelia and cranes flying overhead. And this apple pie. What more could you want? For what?
