If we can judge by how you will feel in our natural house, he was happy, smiling and completely, completely relaxed. Our house in the spirit of a whale is surrounded by a blissful silence , which is complemented by a hen's croaking, a goat's sword and in the distance the honking of a passing train. A real village idyll just half an hour from Prague you can enjoy in a wide family circle, with friends or with a group of yoga enthusiasts. Time has stopped here and the lemonade on tap in the inn costs 15 crowns.

Our barrier-free natural house with clay plaster and eco-farm is a place where you can easily clear your head. Children can run around the garden and watch the animals while you meditate or have a drink on the sensational terrace overlooking the soothing lake. This is where the most beautiful sunsets appear and it is a great place to observe the stars in the night sky. It's also an amazing experience to lie in a warm oven in the common room - but we recommend making a waiting list, everyone just wants to be in the oven. Thanks to the self-service accommodation process, you have complete freedom. Enjoy your holiday with us and let the wind blow your worries around the surrounding meadows, fields and pastures.

The whole place and its surroundings invite you to relax. For a good night's sleep, there are 4 separate bedrooms in different styles and an sofa bed in the common room.

BUDDHA ROOM

The bedroom, filled with peace, can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. It is equipped with a double bed , but it is no problem to add 2 extra beds and a baby cot . The room is 20 m2 and is decorated with statues and Buddhist artifacts. As soon as you wake up, you can open the glass door to the garden and soak up the fresh village air.

VÁCLAV HAVL'S ROOM

This bedroom is intended for all proud sunbathers and true lovers. There are 2 single beds , but we can simply bring them together on request. The room has a fairly large library, full of interesting titles, so you do not have to move with your own reading. The room has 14 m2 and this one has an entrance to the garden.

ROOM IN THE SPIRIT OF A WHALE

The double bed in the room with natural features and soothing whales at the head is especially suitable for couples. The environment records romance and planning a common future. The room has 15 square meters, a view and a door to the garden.

RED CAR ROOM

The bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed bunk bed is ideal for either a family or 4 run-up parties. The wall is decorated with children's motifs, and there is a special library for children in the room.

COMMUNITY ROOM

In the spacious living room you will find various types of seating that are suitable for a moment with a book or quiet contemplation. There is also a chest full of games, a library and a piano. You will appreciate the beautiful view of the lake even on rainy or gloomy days. When the mercury on the thermometer shuffles dangerously downwards, jump on the warm furnace, where you will understand why Stupid Honza absolutely did not want to go into the world. The comfortable couch is a sofa bed , so it can hold 2 sleeps when full.

The house has 2 modern bathrooms with bath and shower for your comfort. But for the more hardy we have a pond near the house, so it's up to you which method of cleaning you prefer.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, so you won't be hungry. And so you don't have to argue about dirty dishes, we bought you a dishwasher. When you let your children out into the garden in the summer, you probably don't even have to worry about cooking. We have currants, strawberries and other goodies . During the season, you can pick blackberries and mushrooms in the area, so if you have a keen eye, there will be a frying pan.

For breakfast you can have toast, tea, coffee or cocoa and our chickens ask for a few freshly laid eggs . Don't forget to thank them, it does them good. There are small groceries in the village where you can get everything you need. They also open on weekends. In the village you can buy homemade honey, potatoes, garlic, cow's milk, cheese and meat . Behind the house we also have a place for barbecue , so the evening sitting in the garden directly talks about some baked bread.

The oven in the living room is functional , so if you succumb to the desire to smell the house with freshly baked bread , you don't have to think twice. Be sure to cut the loaf into a cross shape before sliding it into the oven to make it work. You probably won't want to heat in the oven in the summer, so you'll be thrilled to have a pizza oven in the garden as well.

There is a new large dining table for 10 people and a smaller table for four in the common room, but any food will still taste best on our terrace. > A long table right by the lake will offer you beautiful, soothing views of the nearby pastures and your feast will be accompanied by the croaking of frogs, the rustling of birches and sometimes the honking of a passing train. If you look for the word "idyll" in the scientific dictionary, this will be there.

If you come to relax actively, you can rent our yoga room , which is located outside the house. It can comfortably accommodate up to 18 yogis and there are extra beds available.

If you enjoy doing nothing, you will appreciate the large number of garden and Thai folding chairs. Terrace, stove, bedroom, garden chill out zone… here everywhere you will have time for yourself and your thoughts.

The large garden attracts mainly children, but we would be surprised if you did not want to join them, at least for a while. We have a new sauna or a ping pong table here, so we're sniffing for some exciting tournament!

If you want, we will help you plan your trips. In the summer season we offer for a fee transport to Orlík with a sailing trip . You can then go on a trip to the castle gardens of Loučno, Nymburk, the Košík farm or Poděbrady.

The spa town of Podebrady offers a lot of different treatments that can make your holiday more enjoyable. Don't forget to bring your cups so you can taste the healing power of Eliška's spring. Stroll along the banks of the Elbe and visit the local castle and Lapidary. In the Poděbrady Game Reserve you will find a wooden chapel in the places where miners were beheaded at the end of the fifteenth century, who led a riot in the nearby Kutná Hora mines.

It is a few kilometers across the Elbe into the wild. Beautiful are the forests in Kersk , where the educational trail of Bohumil Hrabal is built. At 13 stops you will learn not only about our great writer, but also about the forest and life in it. Along the way, you will discover, for example, St. Joseph's Spring, Kerské rybníčky, or the cottage of Bohumil Hrabal himself.

The architectural delicacy is the Radim Castle with the unique architecture of the Saxon Renaissance , which has been preserved in its original state. Take a look at the cellars inhabited by the crew and refresh your ethnographic knowledge from primary school - for example, what the black kitchen was used for, and what the white kitchen was for. You will peek into the princess's bedroom, see the representation rooms and the wedding hall. Kids can even borrow a period costume to make them feel "at home" at the castle.

Kids love it here. They play in the house, run around the garden, enjoy the sandpit, playground, climbing frames and goals for mini football. During the summer, we will also make our trampoline at your disposal. If you want to enjoy an undisturbed adult moment with a glass of wine in hand on the terrace, children will have fun watching TV.

Part of our natural house is a small eco-farm, where you will find sheep, rabbits, goats, ducks, chickens, fish and a dog Border Collie. Children are petted with all animals that allow it. We have nothing against it at all. Just respect each other.

You just have to spend the summer at least partially by the water. If our lake and pond behind the house are not enough for you, you will certainly benefit from some of the nearby natural swimming pools, such as Sadská, Kostomlátky, Doubrava or Lake Poděbrady.
