This is not Egypt, although the house is in Alexandria. Sometimes there is African heat here, but then we take 100 steps and jump in. Not to the Mediterranean, but to Sony. In summer, we also take walks on the river, because the water is knee-deep, or we go row to Wkra. In winter, the level rises, and then walruses in hats and gloves prowl the current. The same walruses then warm up in the house by the fireplace.

The house located 100 steps from the river is inhabited by various people, but all of them leave here refreshed. Maybe it's because of the silence, maybe because there is only greenery and water around, maybe because kids have their hands full, and adults have full freedom. Little adepts of the art of recreation cook sand soup with cones in the mud kitchen, serve it in a house on a foot, hammer out the mold, splash in the river under the watchful eye of their parents. Experienced relaxers have other pastimes. Time for freshly roasted coffee on the terrace, for sunbathing, for books, for a nap, for mushrooms. This is how time goes by in our Masovian village. Slow as Sony's current.

Our home is your home. We want you to feel at home here, rest fully and truly breathe. Or the other way around. We have a house for you where we spend our free time with the whole family and we know that every generation feels great here. The kids have their own room with bunk beds and toys, the parents have a terrace for their morning coffee, teens have books and board games. The cottage is designed for 6-8 people. It has three double bedrooms upstairs, a cozy living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen on the ground floor and access to a partially covered terrace.

In addition to the house, you can make yourself at home in the garden. The plot is fenced and has an area of 3000 m2 - 2400 m2 at the house and 600 m2 behind the gate on the river itself. Directly behind the fence is a private shoreline on the Sona River. There are tall trees and grass by the river, and a sandy descent to the water.

On the ground floor:
- a small vestibule for jackets, shoes,
- large bathroom with shower and toilet,
- exit to a partially covered terrace,
- a living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining area with a kitchenette. At night, a corner in the living room can be used as a sleeping couch.

On the floor:
- Toilets,
- the smallest bedroom with a bunk bed and toys for children,
- medium bedroom with a bed (140 cm), a desk with a comfortable chair for work, a chest of drawers with drawers for clothes,
- the largest bedroom with a 160 cm bed, desk, wardrobe.

There is also a grill, a place for a bonfire, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, a hair dryer and a clothes dryer. We also provide a travel cot - let us know before your arrival.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, preparing and dining. There is a large comfortable table, a fridge with a freezer, a hob, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a blender, a microwave, and kitchenware. We only drink good coffee in this house. Delicious fresh coffee from the roaster awaits you on site. We drink delicious coffee from the espresso machine, an espresso machine is available for guests and we prepare fresh coffee from the JAVA Coffee Roasters.

About 200 m from the house there is a farm where you can buy eggs and pick raspberries straight from the bush for a small fee. There are a lot of raspberries, so it should be enough for everyone.

We share with you what we have the best. This is where we reset the system, we clean our heads, the phones end up in the drawer and we forget about their existence. Instead of screens, we grab books from the shelves. Adults can choose from casual, crime, motivational, biographies, up to an album with Banksy's works. We also have items for kids of all ages. For kids, we also have games, puzzles, and wooden toys. For adults, delicious, freshly ground coffee in the kitchen and silence on the terrace.

To get to the river, you just need to exit through the gate at the end of the plot (locked). We do not throw words to the wind, we really have only 100 steps from home to Sony. Behind the gate there is a private, 50 m wide coastline with access to the water. In summer, the water level is about 20-30 cm, in some places even less, so it's the perfect depth for soaking your feet or for kids' games. Thanks to the low water level and the gentle current, you can arrange a walk along the river. Start at the house level and end at the descent / public beach which is approximately 150 m from our cottage. It is great fun for children and adults on hot days.

In winter, the water level rises to about 80-90 cm and it is ideal for sea salt. I know because I regularly navigate this place myself.

Our village of Alexandria is an ideal starting point for kayaking trips. The closest (only 3 km from the house) will be to Jońca for a trip on the beautiful and clean Wkra River. On site you can rent kayaks, waterproof bags, on the route you can stop at the bar and by the beach. Depending on your possibilities, you can choose routes from 2 hours to even 7-8 hours all day. Note - there are a lot of people on the beach on weekends.

The best way to go rafting on the Sona River is from the nearby New Town, 5 km from the cottage. You can start or end the Sona rafting trip right in front of the house! We will be happy to help you in organizing kayak rental, choosing a river and adjusting the length of the trip to the age and experience of participants.

In addition, we recommend unhurried walks in the area, bicycle trips (there are gravel roads everywhere), mushroom picking (about 300 m to the forest).

We checked on our family that you really relax here and the children are happy. Above all, this place provides freedom, and besides, a large area for running, playing, playing football, volleyball, and badminton. In summer, water slide fun is played in a small pool. In winter, all the fun in the snow.
Beautiful, ideal for walks and bicycle trips, and in autumn for mushroom picking, the forest begins 300 m from the house. Only 2 km separate you from meeting beautiful alpacas. We recommend visiting the Alpakasia farm. Pets are child-friendly, you can feed them, learn more about these velvety noses, walk with them, stroke them.

Right behind the fence is the river Sona, exactly 100 steps from the house, as the name suggests. The river is perfect for bathing, splashing and playing, even for the little ones. Our plot includes the shoreline of the river, so you can picnic, sunbathe, spend all summer days by the water.

In the garden there is a large house with a slide for games that can only be prompted by your imagination, a sandbox and a mud kitchen. Tested by our children and their friends, she is always a dirty and delighted child certified.

The house has a separate bedroom for kids with a mega bunk bed, toys, books, a drawing table for toddlers, a hopscotch carpet.
