You can get lost in the grass here. Completely when you are 4 years old and jumping from the terrace into disheveled greenery, like our son Witek. Halfway when you're an adult. Such a loss, even incomplete, is good for a person. In addition to the wildness of the grass, which reminds us that this place is ruled by nature and we are only guests, we also have other distinguishing features. We would list the view first. The panoramas of the Karkonosze Mountains, the Izerskie and Kaczawskie Mountains, which extend from 2 hectares of our plot, are uninterrupted by anything. Sometimes only colorful hot air balloons fly into the frame, which is the most pleasant to observe from the terrace. Our terrace is also good for yoga sessions and coffee sessions when the area is still covered in fog. In the morning, you may spot a fawn that comes to us for breakfast. She likes tulips and larches. You will find us in the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park, in the highest village of the region. Radomice settled on the Radomic Hills, 340 to even 440 meters above sea level, between the Wietrznik hill and the Virgin Mountain. We have here for you a larch house for four people with a mesh protecting the mezzanine, which is like a giant hammock, and a glass front to wake up and fall asleep staring at a mountain postcard. There is another one next to it where we live. We will tell you where to go on trips, what is hidden in a former limestone quarry, where wild blackberries grow and where the Camino de Santiago trail leading to the end of the world is located. Come to stay above the level.

Our family is happy to learn every day to live here at the end of the village, the best life we could imagine. We came here "a bit by accident", but who believes in cases :) We saw, loved, stayed. Dreams that became plans, and those that finally clothed in the mantle of reality, gave us life in nature, with the daily singing of birds and a divine view from the windows. We invite you to this world :)

Nad Level are two year-round, larch and ecological houses that we built in Radomice, the highest village in the region. One of the houses is ours, the other one is available to up to 4 people who want to experience the rural idyll, wild nature and captivating views of the mountains. The house is 50 m² and consists of: – living area: a living room with a sofa from which you can admire the panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains, the Jizera and Kaczawskie Mountains, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, where on cold nights your towel will be warmed by a heated wall, – open mezzanine with 3 beds: a double (160 cm wide) and two single beds (90 cm wide). The house is open year-round, has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a heating function. It is characterized by minimalist interiors with an atmosphere created by handmade accessories, second-hand furniture, panoramic glazing at the front and a larch terrace, perfect for sitting and yoga sessions. From the mezzanine you can enter the net, which is a giant hammock, and you can lie or sit on it and be above ground level :) It is possible to use the sauna on site (for an additional fee). We have 2 hectares of wild green area for you, covered with grass and local vegetation mown several times a year. There are flowers growing here and there and we try to grow something, but the key thing for us is that nature rules here and we are just guests. Therefore, do not expect a trimmed lawn and bushes trimmed to the ruler. We focus on biodiversity and it gives us great pleasure to listen to the buzzing of bees.

In the heart of the Bóbr Valley, boredom will not scare you. If you prefer slow relaxation, we have a few tricks up our sleeve: – sitting on the sofa in the living room and enjoying the mountain panorama from this comfortable perspective, – relaxation on a mesh hammock, from which the view is also top-notch, – harvests of wild blackberries that grow next to houses, – yoga session on the terrace, – lighting and sitting by the fire in the evenings. Aces are also multiplying in our immediate and slightly distant neighborhood, which is full of treasures to discover, know and see. Right behind the houses there is a wild trail leading around a closed quarry, where you can see, among others, old stone oven. When the vegetation blooms profusely in spring, the road can be difficult to navigate. From your home you can also go on a pilgrimage across Europe along the trail of St. James (better known as Santiago de Compostela), covering a total of approximately 5,000 km. Its fragment runs through Radomice and the Bóbr Valley. The trail is marked with yellow shells on a blue background, which are painted on trees, rocks and fences. In Borowice (approx. 40 minutes by car from us) there is the Finnish village of Kalevala, where you will meet reindeer, huskies and you will be able to use the Finnish sauna. The Bóbr Valley offers beautiful walking, running and cycling paths. Many of them lead through the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park, many start, among others: from Pilchowice (4 km from us) and the very charming Wleń (7 km). You can go to Białe Skały directly from us. We will be happy to recommend nearby routes, many of which we have already tried ourselves. The Bóbr Valley is highly recommended for cycling, in the nearby village of Klecza (3 km) there is an electric bike rental, which makes it much easier to overcome heights. If you are thirsty for water, be sure to go on a kayaking or rafting trip on the Bóbr River or go to Lake Pilchowickie to lie on the beach (wild or not) or rent a kayak, pedal boat, sailboat or boat and look at the surroundings from this perspective. The local area does well without filters and can become a charming location for photos. For lovers of morning photography, we will reveal the perfect place to capture sunrises. The walk will be approximately 1.5 km and you may need wellingtons or trekking shoes. Here is a small list of other attractions you can see in the area: – dam, bridge and railway tunnel in Pilchowice, – the castle in Wleń (Lenno) and the Góra Zamkowa nature reserve (the castle can be visited at night with torches and it is an amazing experience), – the prince's tower with medieval frescoes in Siedlęcin and the Górskie Smaki eco-market (on Saturdays), – Nielestno railway station and the railway bridge, which was immortalized in the first scenes of the film "How I Unleashed World War II", – Termy Cieplickie in Jelenia Góra. We are 35 km away from Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz. This is important information for winter athletes, because there are fantastic ski slopes in Karpacz, Świeradów and Szklarska Poręba. If you are a fan of cross-country skiing, remember about Jakuszyce.

What’s there for children?

We do not have a playground, but in the village there is a thriving eco-resort and there is a space dedicated to children. Quite often from our windows you can see horses owned by two local farmers. One place where you can look at the animals up close is a 5-minute walk from us. For a family trip, we recommend the Zoo in Łączna, which is called the world of lemurs. You can meet eye to eye with lemurs there. There are also open sheep and goat pens on site.

How do I get there?

Icon Car

Our address: 27A, Radomice, Lower Silesia Province, Sudetes Mountains, Jizera Mountains, Bóbr Valley, Poland

Translated by Google Translate.

You have to get to the "center" of Radomice, which consists of: a village common room, a fire station and a cross. We position ourselves so that the common room and the fire station are on the left, and the cross on the right. This means that we are in front of the sign with two houses "Above Level" and we can see a gravel exit from the main road leading up and to the right. We follow this road and just around the bend we enter our parking lot. :)

Nearest stops

Translated by Google Translate.

Bus: Radomice (0,5 km)

Getting to us by bus must be quite breakneck and is not practiced by us. :) The communal rumor is that our village has a connection with the nearby Wleń, and Wleń with Jelenia Góra. While finding stops in the village and in Wleń is not a big problem, we have no idea where this bus starts in Jelenia...

Train: Jelenia Góra (20 km)

It is best to take a taxi and steer with Google Maps, because the taxi driver does not necessarily know what Radomice is :). It is also good to make sure that it is not confused with Radomiłowice (also a nearby and more famous village) and certainly not with Radziejowice, because it will be a painful mistake for us. From the Central Railway Station, a taxi should take about 20-25 minutes. It is equally good to get there by bicycle, horseback, or any other means of transport that allows you to drive uphill quite efficiently (roller skates and skateboards are rather out of the question and an electric scooter may have a problem with the range). Walking is also possible and it can even be a pleasant walk. Empirically proven - you can fit in 3 hours of brisk walking.
