Welcome to us, at Ranch pod Skálou Třebívlice in the Ústí Region. Here, on a meadow that once served as a quarry, it all began. The year was 2007. Everything that has been built on the ranch since then has honestly passed through our hands. Yes, from digging holes for the fence to a hand-built stable. And we are proud to say that we do not see the fact that our campus is quite small as a shortcoming at all. On the contrary, we are happy to boast of a family atmosphere and a personal approach.

And although the main activity of the ranch was (and still is) running equestrian sports, we don't stop there. We have a lot of restless thoughts in our heads... what to do completely differently, what to try something new. This applies not only to meaningful riding, but also to accommodation options.

Ten years after the establishment of the ranch, a caravan came to me, Teresa, by chance (or maybe it wasn't a coincidence?). Anyway, it turned out to be my very first experience with an accommodation offer. First, the caravan was in a crazy state, then it almost burned down, and finally it went through another renovation to make it what it is today. The credit goes to: a local skilled carpenter, our moss painting on the ceiling and our beloved animals (not only) from the zoo. You can also watch them directly from your bed in your caravan. Take them for a walk (or they will take you), join our daily work, or relax in the rancher's wellness. Whichever way you choose to relax, we look forward to seeing you.

The caravan found its way to me in 2017. Since then, we have come a very long way together to make it as comfortable as possible for you, the future guests. We combined all our skills, ideas and the precise work of a local carpenter. After 4 years, the caravan finally got a proper upgrade. The biggest highlight is the massive kitchen top and the added bed. In addition, we created a ceiling moss painting from an old skylight (the production of which I started myself) and you will also find a lot of other little things here...

INSIDE YOU WILL FIND:
- full power supply
- a new solid wood kitchen unit (the carpenter also built us a storage space that can also be used as an extra bed)
- comfortable beds
- one window directly into the zoo and from the other window you can see the paddock with the horses
- gas stove and heating
- cabinets with coffee, tea, dishes
- in addition, books, toys, art supplies, cards and other entertainment for the whole family

OUTSIDE THE CARAVAN:
- cold running water and soap
- the caravan has its own private shower right next to it, but if you want, a solar shower is also available at the ranch. You will also find two well-maintained dry toilets (one is about 20 m from the caravan, hidden behind the zoo).

Drinking and service water is of course available (if you run out, let us know and we will refill it immediately).

During your stay with us, you have unlimited access to the petting zoo.

APRIL & OCTOBER (SEASON)
All ten of us recommend a stay in the high season, when it's starting to get warmer. We also serve breakfast during this time.

NOVEMBER & MARCH (OFF SEASON)
Of course, you can also come to us in the off-season if you have an adventurous nature. In these months, however, the stay is without breakfast. You also need to pack your own clean blankets and sleeping bags. Our duvets are already winterized so that they don't get unnecessarily wet during the nights when they don't warm up. However, you will not have winter - the caravan is equipped with functional gas heating.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR'S EVE
And if you decide to come to us for Christmas or New Year's Eve, we have something extra for you. We will prepare breakfast for you in a wicker basket with ingredients for preparing homemade scrambled eggs. We will pack yogurts, fruit and you will have sparkling wine as a gift.

IMPORTANT!
You won't find a reception here. We are always on the move and there is always something to do around the animals. Therefore, we would like to ask you to always let us know what time you will arrive by text message in the morning, on the day of arrival. So that we can wait for you. Arrival is only possible from 14:00.

If you come to us in the high season, i.e. from April to October, we will serve you a tasty breakfast. You can make coffee or tea yourself in the caravan, where everything you need is available. With us, you have the option of using an absorption refrigerator.

Out of season we no longer serve breakfast, but you can cook yourself in the kitchen.

As for shops, we have two shops with basic food in Třebívlice.
One is open until 4:00 p.m. and the other until 7:00 p.m. - both can be found on the square.
In the village of Želkovice, 4 km away, there are two barns by the main road offering a wide selection of local vegetables, fruit and other farm products such as ciders, cheeses, pies, etc.

ZOO CORNER
Dear guests, get to know each other! The members of our petting zoo are: 1 male tame llama Bohoušek, Cameroonian goat Tonda, Shetlandian minipony Yummy and recently also a mini donkey Bořek. You have unlimited access during your stay with us - please your inner child!
But that's not all. You can feed, pet or even walk the animals. And if you want to help us - we will not refuse you. You can roll up your sleeves, there's always something to do. How about trying to throw out the paddock, fill the animal nets with hay or come up with something else. So when you want to give your mind a break from physical work, just let us know.

SMALL RANCH WELLNESS
Here, for you, our dear guests, we have prepared a Finnish barrel sauna with a capacity of up to 4 people with a high-quality wood stove. And in order not to be bored, there must be a beautiful view through the panoramic glass wall facing the fields and hills.
Wellness is for a fee and prior reservation is required. After payment, towels, sheets, chilled drinks are available to you, and you also have wood ready. We recommend bringing your own shoes (flip flops) and a bathrobe.
Next to the sauna, there is a shower and a cooling tub.

HORSEBACK RIDING
Like a proper ranch, there is the option of horseback riding (even for beginners; prices can be found below).
If you know that you would like to ride a horse during your stay with us, please let us know in advance.
Then you and we can be sure that we will be able to satisfy you with rides :)

SURROUNDINGS
Want to venture outside the ranch? In that case, we recommend:
- visit the village of Třebivlice and the Grenade Museum
- ruins of Hazmburk castle, Košťálov, Hrádek
- go to Milešovka, the highest mountain in the Český Středohoří, or to Lovoš hill and to Opárenské Údolí
- Terezín monument

We think they will find a real paradise here.
As soon as they wake up in the morning, they will be able to look out the window at the petting zoo or at the horses. So they can watch something much better than TV :)
And guess what kid wouldn't want to pet a pony or go for a walk with a llama? They will have this opportunity with us.
Just as they can try their hand at helping us with the daily care of our animals.
As a reward, you can then take them for ice cream or dessert in Třebívlice or to the swimming pool.
