Our neurons bloom when we immerse ourselves in nature. The colors, smells and sounds of nature have a positive effect on our brains. They make the parasympathetic system responsible for rest gain the advantage. Natural surroundings also improve the well-being of our bodies and relationships. You can take care of each of these aspects in a comfortable home away from everything. Hidden on 12 hectares of land, surrounded by a meadow and forest, located 500 meters from the lake shore. Created under the influence of three cultures - Polish, Dutch and French. Built from materials from old barns, in accordance with the ancient art of building, it is the quintessence of Masurian character. The interiors attract attention thanks to Dutch accents and accessories. And the whole thing brings comfort close to a French estate. This house can have many faces. Welcome your family, a group of friends, become a workshop or training place, as well as the setting for a rustic wedding. It has nine rooms, two living rooms and two kitchens, and a terrace in front from which you can see the sunrise.

Immerse yourself in nature here, nurture your relationships, make breakfast in the morning, look out for the animals living in the forest and visit the beaver lodge. The Peninsula House was created for rejoicing, being together and toasting to life.

Hello, we are Jowita and Jacek. I, Jowita, work with people every day, helping them organize their hearts and minds through psychotherapy. I love Masuria for its space, peace and regenerative atmosphere, which I really need in my life. I follow my life motto: seize the day, because I am a hedonist at heart and I love resting in comfort. My weakness is contact with nature, especially the forest where there are lots of animals and whose noise takes me to another world. And the stars! Jacek is a man who can practically do anything, he fell in love with Masuria as much as I did, maybe even more. His passion is music and the strong sound of the electric guitar, we have several of these guitars, because each one is for something different... We invite you to our house in the heart of Masuria, where you will find peace, nature and enjoy time spent with others.

Driving from Giżycko in Pozezdrze, turn right towards Kruklanki and then at the fork left towards Przerwani and after about 500 m look for a sign to the left towards Przerwanki 33 (exit to the forest road which we follow until the end).

Other rules

By deciding to rent a House on the Peninsula, you accept the following rental rules:

- a ban on smoking all tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in the house; ashtrays can be found on the terrace, at the main entrance and by the fireplace;
- a ban on using confetti in the house and property (the house is all made of wood and has lots of nooks and crannies, sorry, we have to clean it for months...), if you break this ban, you will be charged PLN 500;
- additional fee for wood for a fireplace or bonfire is PLN 500 per m3; PLN 50 for prepared firewood.
- from June to the end of August, you cannot light a fire in the fireplace due to the fact that there is no temperature difference and the smoke and heat produced is carried into the house, we invite you to use the fireplace and/or the mobile Weber grill;
- as a pet, it is possible to accept up to two dogs after prior approval from the owner and for an additional fee of PLN 200 for each dog's stay, please take only well-behaved dogs with you and do not leave them alone at home;
- note, this is super important: the use of the cinema room is possible for up to 12-14 adults due to the maximum load (1,300 kg) that the structure of the first floor can withstand, you cannot organize dancing, jumping, etc. there because it increases the load, not you are allowed to lean on internal windows, please especially encourage children not to do this;
- in the entire house and on the premises, it is prohibited to use the space for professional and commercial photo and film sessions of any nature without the owner's consent - all reservations with the intention of organizing an event such as a wedding must be agreed with the owner, which involves additional fees;
- when deciding to make a reservation, the landlord accepts and confirms the condition of the equipment as shown in the photos in the offer;
- there is water equipment hanging in the hall, it is not for guests' use, it is the owner's private property, please leave it there;
- after the end of the rental period, guests are obliged to make sure that all lights are turned off, lock all windows and entrance doors (on both sides), please call us to let us know that you are leaving the house, we will check if everything is locked;
- please leave the house generally clean, i.e. dishes must be washed, refrigerators emptied and all garbage taken out to the garbage bin in the building next door, otherwise this will mean an additional fee for unplanned additional cleaning (depending on the time spent PLN 40/h);
- waste is subject to mandatory segregation in accordance with official requirements, in the absence of segregation, an additional fee of PLN 200 will be charged for organizing segregation;
- deckchairs (12) and outdoor accessories such as candlesticks, lanterns, blankets, pillows should be brought into the house at the time of check-out;
- driving cars only on designated roads, driving on green areas (meadows, lawns, walking paths) is prohibited; failure to comply with this requirement means financial burden due to the need to revitalize the area and restore it to its original condition. please respect green areas;
- it is forbidden to drive cars onto the wooden bridge leading to the lake (the bridge will collapse under the weight of the vehicle).
- after using the fire, extinguish it by pouring water over it, there is a tap with a connected hose at the entrance on the façade;
- everyone has an accident and it may result in some damage, which will generate the cost of removing the damage (excessive dirt or irreversible damage), we understand that in order to minimize such situations, we advise children not to stand on chairs or eat on chairs in the salon (these are the most common problems that generate additional fees).
